So guys, here a picture of my condition so we can once and for all wiping off all what have been doubted on me.

No need to recall all my story back and to put it briefly I've been struggling to have an erection for 5 years now. I underwent a surgery in London mostly because I had a curvature like that one is visible in the picture and I wanted stitches removed. As you can see I drew a little circle where the biggest was, and still is. Is it a coincidence that the deviation opens up right where the stitch is placed? I dont think so.

The picture I embedded is from 2014, before having the surgery done.

Anyway most of the stitches are gone, the big is still there and the deviation (I rather call it this way than curvature) the same. Nonetheless I have somehow experienced huge improvements lately and I feel very close and "associated" with my penis in a way I couldn't even think was possible again. I feel pleasure, sensation is back, I can be touched whenever I want to, everyday pain is manageable most of the time (but erected one is still there). I feel really like having intercourse now, which is not obvious as many in here know. If you have pain, you feel uncomfortable you might end up avoiding it and even being touched might be tricky.

I also got back to dress the way I did. Tight pants are not a problem, shower is ok and so on. I got back what I thought I couldn't.

The big problem is Erectile Dysfunction. I didn't have it before Kuehhas operation and I dont see how it could got so worse. In 5 years I've tried tons of times with different partners and Ive never been able to even start intercourse. I always have to squeeze the base to keep it somehow. Meds give me the same.
Now I'm on shockwave therapy.

The point is no one looks like understanding where Erectile Dysfunction comes from. Tests are good and what baffles me and makes doctor think its in my mind is I have nocturnal erections. I used to think was mental myself but honestly i dont anymore. In 5 years it has never happened I could perform any sexual activity without finding myself squeezing it at the base. Some say is neurological. Others say the stitch push against the nerves make the erection to fade. And so on.

Yes that's a picture I Took in 2014. It's not totally erected as you can see looking at the glans but its enough to get an overall feeling from it. The deviation is really strange, isn't it? Is there someone having such angled deviation?..it's not even a curvature strictly speaking (i used to have a downward banana curvature).

Yes, prfact. I tried any sort of oral medication. They dont work always and when they do I cant have intercourse anyway. Erection goes away on the left side which it can't stretch properly due to the big stitch calcified acting like a plaque. When I got a strong one I feel that area pulling so bad. It looks like having a sling within. But its not a plaque and that's why I have not been recommended any of the treatments available to manage a plaque. So I find myself squeezing and everything gets so poor so fast that I should stop. I have even started to feel some soreness due to excessive squeezing.

Funny thing is the more is erected the more stimulation is difficult. I mean, geometrically is damn difficult when you have a deviation, hands dont slip up and down as they should. I heard some doctor believe in geometrical narrowing ED, maybe B Christine if I'm not wrong. I wonder if the shape itself prevents the penis from getting it, or maybe from sustaining it.

Inkognito, what do you mean?

I could answer better if you would fill in your signature line and I knew your age etc.  I can tell you this for certain.  If I had a penis that did not her reliably erect for as long as I wanted at least 90 % of the time, I would get an implant

I'm gonna fill it in. I'm 29 though. Never been able to start intercourse since 2014 (before 2014 Kuehhas surgery had basically no Erectile Dysfunction). Well I never succeeded so I would say 0% of the time.

If you cannot get an erection with OR without a partner and if PDE5 inhibitors do not work, you only have 3 choices.
1. Resolve yourself to no intercourse and show intimacy in other ways
2. Use a VED which can be a little awkward unless you are in an established relationship
3. Get an implant and be as good or better than you were before Peyronies Disease (IF you get a high volume top-notch doctor.

Verhaegen

Jack, I have a deviation that looks angled just like yours, though downwards. Traction has been giving me significant results, I can see that the angle is becoming more and more like a gradual curvature and reducing at the same time.
I have no problems maintaining an erection though.
25 yo - born with congenital curve that became worse for no apparent reason, diagnosed with Peyronie's for almost 3 years - 60 degree downwards curve - using a Penimaster Pro, it has been helping enormously

Jack1909

Verhaegen, thanks for replying. Unfortunately I did traction intensively for more than an year with no results. In fact I have no plaque to break or stretch, is a stitch unfortunately.

Hawk you are right but I cant underestimate the fact Ive been dealing with extreme pain for years. I still have Neuropathy but at least it has become manageable (less in an erect and semi erect state). So I'm frightened with getting back into that ocean of pain which forced me bedridden too much time. Of course I'm not happy now, and what I've been already done for overcoming what it was a congenital curvature makes all even more frustrating. And I'm scared. Scared of finding myself again worse than I could even imagine...even though I'm kind of pessimistic in life I would never come up with what happened to me.
In 2014 I thought I couldn't be worse and I found myself more painful and impotent. Doctors themselves are skeptical due to my neuro condition. Anyway I'm trying to get in touch with some others. The point it would be necessary grafting and implant And that makes the all thing worse.

I tried sexless relationships, I tried so hard that basically everybody in my hometown knows about my problems.

The all thing is that I would love to understand why I'm Erectile Dysfunction sufferer. I was sure there was a lot of psychological component until this summer I crossed my life with a girl which basically made me feel in paradise, sexually speaking. When you feel great, your mouth gets dry, your hands tingling..and the friend still struggling. So I got the right way after that. Still, I can't find the reason and nocturnal erecriins are basically a nonsense.

I am almost certain a top doctor could straighten you with only a Titan implant without grafting.  Far worse bends than yours are corrected with only a Titan implant.  I do understand your concern with triggering pain, however.

I think your only option is an implant if nothing else has worked.

Have you tried Cialis daily (5mg per day) plus pentox plus 100mg Viagra before sex? That's whats helped me to have a somewhat normal sex life.

Also, that long vein at the top and middle of your penis - I have that too. Any idea what that is? Was it there pre peyronies and does it cause curvature?

I do wonder how Jack is doing? is there a more recent picture, after all these procedures?

Yes, if you can get nocturnal erections, the basic physical function inside the penis is working.
The process is different awake though. Other chemical pathways. Muscles are tighter during the day. Mind interferes.

You can bend over time any tissue. Needs a fulcrum on the other side of the bend in your case.
With stiches you mean tight scar tissue has formed? If so, transdermal applications can "soften" the tissue. Both in combo.

I got the same result from kuehhas/stage surgery. Left side of the penis stopped working.and kuehhas also placed permanent suture on my penis without my consent
