Burst blood vessels/ bruising/ blood spots on penis glans from traction / VED

Fix This

Hi all

Has anyone else experienced this from traction/ VED?   I have been using a penimsater pro since last Summer . I had to take a break from this and VED because of a blister which the device gave me one day when it partially slipped off ( almost completely) and I left it attached for a while .  there was then a red blotch at that point after the blister had gone. I rested for over a month without any traction, and the blotch faded . It was visible again at times after traction/ ved when I commenced traction and VED again, but not to a point of worry.

Anyway, I bought a phallosan forte in January 2020 because it seemed more useable over long periods due to it's comfort factor which I couldn't do withe PMP.  This I found to be true.  BUT since using the PF, the old blotch has become prominenet again, and several other blood spots have appeared on my glans.  On using the power of the internet, I would deduce that these are burst blood vessels and I quote from the link below (Bleeding into the skin can appear as small dots, called petechiae, or in larger, flat patches, called purpura )
https://www.healthline.com/health/bleeding-into-the-skin

I believe that this may have been caused by me pumping the gland chamber on the Phallosan Forte too many times. I hadn't experienced it previously with PMP and VED, otehr than the previous blister incident that I mentioned

Anyway, MY QUESTIONS to you all are these. Have you ever experienced these burst blood vessels using traction/ VED?   How long did you abstain from further traction/ VED in order for the burst blood vessels to heal completely ?

Thanks fellow Peyronie's Warriors!

Have a good day

I got pretty much the same with PMP, ie appearance of small red dots on my glans. I found this happened pretty much every time I had to take a break of several days, due to holidays, blisters , tear on frenulum ! Sometimes it looked like a blood orange !!

At the time, I was also using the suction ball to get glans into the chamber.

I have recently started again after about 18 month break, but this time I am using the suction tube. There has been some very light spotting on glans, but is fading now after just over a week.

I believe the suction tube has made quite a difference, as in giving more accurate control over the amount of suction being used on the glans.

Hope this helps

Good shout re the tube. I have seen others mention that it is better than the ball pump with this kind of issue. I'll try to get hold of one of them

But I'm sure once these blood spots have appeared, then we need to take a total break for several weeks or even months as you did , would you agree ? I think any traction now, whatever device I was to use, and even hand traction would bring the blood back to the surface and prevent these from healing. It's very frustrating because I feel both the traction and VED help massively, especially combined, and now I can't do either

I'm actually wondering whether there is a Pentox connection here ? I started taking pentox end of August 2019. I believe it takes 3 or 4 months to kick in. So I'm wondering whether it started working around xmas time, and this has contributed to more blood being pushed to the surface ? I had't experienced this before despite doing traction with the PMP and VED combined. So I'm just wondering whether the Pentox is actually behind it.

Completely uneducated guess , just uncertain speculation !

Hi,

The tube was £20 plus p&p from Imedicare, although a lot for what it is, not too bad in the overall scheme of things.

When I had the blood spots , I did continue blindly thinking everything would be ok, but I feel I should have stopped then, as I have some discolouration on my glans.

When I restarted a few weeks ago, along with the tube, I basically started from scratch, using it for only 2 hours per day for the first week, 2.5 for the second, and now into my third week, aiming for 3 hours per day. The initial minor blood spotting has all but gone, so may be doing the trick !

Cool, I'll look at that thanks

To be honest I was hoping to use the Phallosan more ( for several hours a day when possible ) and the PMP just for one half an hour burst. Because the Phall is more comfortable and can actually be worn under clothing, and alos because the pull on the PMP feels stronger abd onbe burst a day combined with the Phal and VED should be enough! That was my thinking anyway

I then need to figure out a way to stop this happening with the Phal, as this is only really seemed to start when I bought this

18 months is a very long break from traction? How did things go for you in those 18 months ? Any changes?

I took the break due two main reasons: The actual damage I felt was happening, ie blisters, blood vessels, frenulum tear, and elongating foreskin. On top of that, I felt that my curve to the left had been rectified, but I was starting to develope an upward curve.

I decided to take a break, to allow things to settle (I was averaging 10 hours a day at that point). I also had a lot of physicsl work mounting up, so taking a break seemed to be the sensible thing to do. It also gave me a lot of time to reflect on what had been happening, blaming myself for the most part regarding the damage to glans etc, and maybe the upward curve....(always had the PMP in the upward position, under clothing, which I believe was also putting physical pressure on the tip, maybe making things worse)

To be fair, the upward curve reduced from 45 degrees to about 35 degrees, during the 18 month period....

So after much thought, I bought the tube, changed my routine, and started again. This time, the PMP is always in the downward position, I try not to wear underwear in the house, but when I do wear it, I make sure the old man is still pointing downwards (every little helps I suppose !)

I will be updating my progress monthly on the forum :D

These damn blood spots are back again!

I can't seem to do traction with the PMP or  VED without getting them

I suspect maybe my skin is just more sensitive than a lot of other peoples. I tend to get them if I do more than half an hour on the PMP in a day. That's nowhere near the 8 hours recommended.

I'm actually considering getting a traditional noose style traction device instead. Might save me from the blood spots

Any suggestions on these? Please do no reply with ' there are other posts about this ' as this is specifically related to my problems with the blood spots. Also not interested in any traction device with a vacuum

Thanks

If the spots are in the glans, it makes sense to trt a noise device instead.

Yes, I was thinking this thanks

Can anyone recommend a decent noose traction device ? I was looking at the Qick Extender Pro as it has two nooses/ straps. But have come across some bad reviews

Noose extenders are a whole new world of pain. If you want to know how it feels, light a match and stick it in your penis.

Stick with a clamp extender such as RestoreX if you have this issue.

As much as I love the PMP, I also wish to avoid any swelling whatsoever, or glans enlargement, so I prefer RestoreX at this current moment (I prefer by hand still though).

Thanks both

NeoV , you managed to pretty much completely fix yours didn't you ? You still need to maintain treatment though I guess ?
I'm put off by the restorex price quite frankly, mixed reviews and the fact you can;t get it in the UK currently. But would still consider in the future

Yes I include a reasonable amount of hand traction, aswell as the PMP, VED, DMSO +X, some electronic acupuncture pen , 3MHZ Ultrasound.( although I do the last 2 just occsionally )  Still haven;t really fixed it unfortunately!  Although I would say it is a fair bit better than a couple of years ago

I keep working on it though. I have a habit of overdoing things I think. Which is what got me this damn condition in the first place !

Fix, I'd consider adding low dose nightly generic cialis to also help remodel the plaque to healthy tissue (there are studies on it so viagra and cialis are not just for Erectile Dysfunction but also for Peyronies Disease if taken low dose nightly). Maybe even add pentox if you can get it.  Especially if you can't tolerate traction or VED you want to maximize the modalities you use.

Thanks to Tony , I tried pentox for 8 months . The blood spots became more ntoceabke and frequent after this point so I stopped the pentox . I've been on 5mg since about 6 months after the onset and will continue to do that thanks
