Hello to all  :)  I'm new to this site and wish to post about an issue I'm having and also as a warning for others.  I was diagnosed with Peyronies about 3 years ago and had an angle of around 90 degrees. Initially and before it was that bad I bought a traction device online and commenced using it. I followed instructions and also checked some forums to see what others thought.  Now, here was the problem....being uncircumcised I found I had to tighten the 2 silicone bands quite tight or my penis would withdraw or pull out from the device. Not really an issue I thought, but after some months discontinued its use as I found it very difficult to wear due to several issues.  However many months afterwards I noticed 2 pale bands on my penis, corresponding to where the bands were. Over time they began to tighten so off to my GP I went. Turns out they were a form of skin damage and the skin would not stretch like the rest of the penis. As time went by (months) they got worse to the point of it being difficult to pull my foreskin back. Got a referral to urology but while waiting, and only within a few months, it got so bad the foreskin would not retract at all and currently the foreskin is tight and closed around the glans. When I urinate it balloons out and then slowly escapes into the toilet. I have been put on a 'short list' to get a circumcision asap to avoid further issues.
I want to alert others to this possible complication. I don't know if others have experienced similar and would be curious to know if other NON circumcised guys have had difficulty with using a traction device.  The fix is simple I suppose (circumcision) but feel it's just another problem I didn't need.   FYI my peyronies hasn't been treated but it has eased a little with the bend now not as bad. I could have intercourse now (if I had a partner, haha) so that's good news at least.  Anyway, thought I'd let others know of my experience. Take care guys.

I'm glad you shared this, I think it's crucial that one pull their foreskin back before attaching the suction cup.  Another reason those types are preferred over the noose types.
