The Risk for Priapism
« on: February 13, 2020, 01:16:19 PM »

Hey people! It’s been a while!
My case is pretty much the same as last time I was on here; however, the curve lessens from
time to time when I stay consistent with Magnesium Oil application.
My question is another tho:
- Is there an actual risk of priapism when combining Cialis with Pentox? I’d like to include nightly cialis in my regime, but I’ve heard that too high dose can cause horrible side effects...especially with a blood-thinner like Pentox; but I’ve also heard that the two drugs make a great team if handled correctly, so should I quit Pentox before starting Cialis or how should I proceed?
Anyone who could fill me in here?
God bless you

Moderate upwards curve, 25-30 degrees.
Lost a little girth but the length has been successfully maintained, so far.
Still in a “light” acute phase after 12 months.
Using Cialis as treatment + good diet, cold showers & I’m also on semen retention.

And yes if you got priapism. Take cold shower and put ice directly on penis skin no matter how it hurts. If erection dont go down for 30 mins. Run in hospital... I mean run. I heard horrable storyes od people loosing their penises because they was ashamed to go to hospital. When it is too late they need to amputate your penis...

The suggestion from inkognito is not what doctors recommend. Grab yourself a box of sudafed pills, used for nasal decongestant and take some if you ever have problems. If that doesn't work out, start going to the hospital after 3 hours, since 4 hours is considered the maximum time one should be with an erection after which you start damaging your penis internally due to the lack of oxygen on the blood.

Thanks for chiming in, guys, but none of you answered my questions lol.
Is it safe to use Pentox & Viagra together? And if so, in what Viagra-dose? Or cialis...
I don’t want to prepare for a priapism, obviously; and no, I’ve never had those kind of problems at all. All I’ve heard is that people warn for it when combining the two drugs.
I hear a lot about low dose Cialis and Pentox, I’ve also heard about 50 mg nightly Cialis without Pentox, ultimately doing good for patients; but combining 50 mg of Cialis/Viagra with Pentox would have big risk in f*cking you up with priapism... I’m not sure tho, it just doesn’t feel safe.
Inkognito I use Magnesium Oil only, so far, because my Aloe + DMSO got caught while coming into my country, making me pay a fee before being able to receive it. Will start that very soon, hopefully.

I believe the recommended daily dose of Cialis for erectile dysfunction is 2.5 to 5 mg. When taken in higher doses (10 to 20mg) it's generally done one hour before sexual activity. 20mg of Cialis is the maximum recommended dose for Cialis. I imagine the 10 to 20 mg could give you a spontaneous erection, while the 2.5 to 5 mg dosage daily will just make it easier to get an erection 24/7, but only when aroused. So both dosages have different uses. In your case I would recommend 5mg as you want to take it everyday and not just before sexual activity. In my personal experience if you take this dose everyday, it will not give you unwanted or spontaneous erections and is probably safe when combined with Pentox. But everybody is different and reacts differently to the drug. If I where you I'd start off by taking 2.5mg a day and see what it does and how strong it affects you. There shouldn't be an issue with Priapism if you start off with a low dose. Also, if I'm not mistaken Viagra works more "on demand" and will give you an erection shortly after taking it, while Cialis generally has a longer lasting effect, but only works if you're already aroused. I've taken Cialis at 5 mg a day for a while combined with pentox and while it did help me get erect when I was aroused, it did not give me spontaneous erections at all other than nighttime erections, which is probably a good thing if you're afraid of priapism.
