Im 24 years old and had an injury about 3-4 weeks ago. I was just masturbating like usual and may have been gripping too hard. I waited about 4 days and then ended up going to the ER because it was a constant flaccid pain on the left side near the base of my shaft. I had noticed that it leans to the left more than usual and there is a significant curve when semi erect but no change to my full erection. There's no plaque, any lumps or indentions noticeable.

I received an ultrasound and a UA from the ER doctor and the ultrasound concluded there was no damage that was severe. He referred me to a urologist and gave me some Tramadol for the pain.

Three days later I go see the urologist and there's still constant pain at this point but he tells me to just not use my penis for anything but peeing for about a week. A couple days later I meet this girl and we end up having sex and after having sex, I felt amazing the next day and had little pain. It has continued to get better and the constant pain has subsided for now. It still is a little painful when I am flaccid after I've masturbated.

I am wondering, did I damage my penis and possibly cause Peyronies? I feel as if the left side of my penis has become slow at getting erect and that's what causes the curve. It's not really painful when I get an erection but it was when the injury was fresh.

Sounds like it may possibly be early peyronies.  You had an ultrasound, but I'm not sure what "not severe" means?  Did they indicate if their were any signs of plaque?  If you want to be proactive you could use oral and manual treatments.  Check out the survival guide here: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057

The ultrasound indicated no signs of any plaque formation and the urologist also did not feel any plaque.

The UA also concluded there was no infection.

You could monitor closely (take measurements now and regularly to accurately observe any changes, or get started w treatment as a preventative if you're in pre-or early peyronies.

Your negative ultrasound is encouraging and I've never heard of early Peyroines, but I guess it's possible. Mine came on rather fast. One morning I woke up with the usual ,,morning wood" so-to-speak and I noticed a slight curve to the right. At first I thought I had slept on it wrong, but I had never noticed this before. Boy, I'll tell you. Within a week I was in the docs office office getting it checked out. This Internist said she could feel the plaque, and diagnosed Peyroines. So, mine came on fast. And I was the prime age for it, at 56. You're young, so the odds of you not having it are good. Sounds like a minor trauma is all.

Another doc I knew said I should have it diagnosed by a urologist. Before the appointment, I did a dumb thing by going on google and stumbled across a medical journal article on a 28 year old guy misdiagnosed with Peyroines. He turned out having penile cancer. They gave him the option of losing the whole thing or being dead in a year. He decided to keep his penis and was gone in 12 months.  That scared the crap out of me. So, I ran off to the urologist, who confirmed the Peyroines diagnosis but I asked for a referral to an outside specialist, Dr. Lue. He did a more thorough exam with ultrasound and all, and confirmed the Peyroines too. So, I learned to take care of my best piece, as they call it in German, mein bestes Stück.

Since making this post I may have reinjured myself because the constant pain is back. I also have a flaccid curve that is making me uneasy but no sign of plaque or lumps or indentations, only pain at the localized area near the base of my shaft on the left side. I believe this injury is also causing hard flaccid which is making my symptoms worse.

When I flex my kegel muscles it's almost as if the left side is fighting to barely move while the right side is over compensating. This could be due to the injury. The hard flaccid is exacerbated by the fact that I'm in constant worry that I permanently damaged my penis. I have found that a hot shower shows relief but as soon as I get out it's back.

I haven't masturbated in 3 days and I'm quitting porn for good. The pain is better but only slightly. Sometimes there is a pulsating feeling coming from the spot that is injured. It is also tender in that spot.  I can get an erection but there is some pain at the site of injury and it feels as if the left side isn't as full as it should be, which may be contributing to my semi erect curve. I don't force or touch these erections and they don't last long, these are just natural erections because I am so horny after not masturbating for 3 days.

I'm going to continue to not masturbate for as long as this pain persists. I've been taking 300mg CoQ10 a day, vitamin D, 600mg Advil twice a day, magnesium and zinc at night, as well as l arginine just to hopefully facilitate a smooth healing process. I don't believe that I have Peyronies Disease... yet. I'll have to monitor this injury but for now I'm just focused on pain. I really just want the pain to go away so bad.

Yes, please keep us updated. Thanks for the updates man.
25,  PrePeyronies possibly, semi erect masturbation injury on Sept 2017.  ED for 2017 - Mar. 2019. Semi erect waisting, normal erections. Treatment: Vit E, rice sock heat therapy, abstinence. No official tests yet (doppler, MRI).

Well for one, you probably didn't damage the ligament. If this pain is in the penis itself you could have damaged the tunica or corpus Cavernosum. But besides that point an MRI will definitely be able to see any damage caused to any tissue. So pushing for that is good. Besides that don't aggravate your injury. It's trying to repair itself. No sex, no masturbation. May take a few months. So just be patient. Nightly erections will keep blood flowing to the penis in the meantime. I have to get an MRI scan myself but I need insurance so, please let me know how the experience is like.

Nice dude. I'm happy for ya. Can't wait to hear some information about it. That MRI will be a relief for you so you can really see if there are any changes or not.

If it may be Peyronies Disease, take objective measurements now (see survival guide) and monitor closely.
