Hi all,
I have been doing manual traction (modeling) daily for about a month and now am about to start mechanical traction therapy with RestoreX. Very nervous about this... still in the active phase (I think) and am afraid of causing more damage. Last urologist I talked to recommended waiting until stable phase to do traction but everything I read online suggests the sooner one starts the better.
Still, I am super nervous about putting my stuff into a clamp and bending it. Especially considering the sensitivity (I am uncircumcised). Going to a Peyronie's specialist next week for a second (well, third) opinion.
I guess I am just asking for advice, encouragement, or general examples of positive experience with PTT in general and this device in particular. I have read some threads here, some positive, some negative, but any extra word of advice or encouragement would help.
Thank you.
Age: early 30s. Onset of disease: end of 2019. Ventral curvature about 45 degrees. Treatments: manual modeling/traction. Planning on Xiaflex when I find a doctor who agrees to attempt it.

In my opinion, waiting for the stable phase is absurd, will wait 2 years and then can be injured in the same way, the peyronie should be treated from the beginning from my experience, I recommend that you take pentox 600, 1 or 2 times a day, this I It took away the pain I felt when I stretched hard.
32 years,injured at 25.
Slight curve, narrowing and retraction in flaccid and semi-erect.
Loss of sensitivity due to peyronie and circumcision  moderate erectile dysfunction, pain.
I improved the pelvic floor with kinesiology.
Frequent urination.

Restorex is a great treatment plan.  I'd agree w adding pentox but also low dose nightly viagra or cialis tall to remodel the plaque.  Be sure to read the survival guide; https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057
