Greetings,

My first symptoms began about 6 months ago with inflammation, pain, and mild hour-glassing. Once curvature started, I began researching and created a self-treatment program that I will describe below. Currently my plaque seems to be softening.

History:

My problems began in August 2019 after a 45-day period of no fapping.

Curiously enough, it seems the lack of blood flow in my penis for this extended time might have contributed to the disease onset. To further complicate matters, I began smoking that same month after a 15-year hiatus.

I've done all the research and considered every option available. I would describe my condition as improving currently. Below is my treatment regimen.

MA Treatment Protocol:

1. Stop smoking
2. Run 2-3 miles 4 times per week
3. Vitamin E 1,200 IU/day
4. Pentoxifylline 400 mg 3-times/day
5. Vitamin C 3,000 mg/day
6. Plaque "remodeling" "increase blood flow" using SOMAerectStf
7. CoQ10 300 mg day
8. Tadalafil  5 mg day
9. Strict Keto Diet
10. NeoV hand traction
11. Heat therapy
12. Potassium Iodide 12.5 mg day

Currently I can feel the edge of the plaque softening and becoming uneven as though they are slowly dissolving. My erections are still painful but curvature (50 degrees) has slightly improved.

I will try to remember to report back here at least once monthly with my progress report. Hoping for a complete cure.

Okay. I've made a few adjustments to my protocol and edited the OP. Getting good results so far.

The only thing I would consider is drastically reducing the Vit C.

High doses of Vitamin C are known for production of collagen and worsening some inflammatory responses in osteoarthritis.

I personally would take a maximum of 500mg and maybe less.  There are no clinical trials that I know of but logic concerning what is known would make me cautious especially since there is zero evidence that it helps Peyronies Disease or ED.

I'm not answering for Hawk here so don't take it that way. I asked the same question when I first came here because it was inconceivable to me that there was such chaos. Here is the conclusion I came to for myself:

You are correct. Nobody knows much. And that is scary, but o.k. at the same time. There is an avalanche of information that you will have to digest and form a plan of action that makes the best sense for you. There are zero recognized protocols for peyronie's because they have no idea what causes it or how to make it go away. So we are all just doing our best. So my advice to you is to pay attention to the generalizations and major patterns that come about here like using arginine and cialis and traction, etc. And be skeptical and/or ignore stuff like the more fringe therapies.

For example with vitamin C...if you see this crop up in a thousand posts and everyone is using it and they provide evidence that it works and it doesn't do any harm, then by all means try it. If it works for 2 people and 100 others say it is a bunch of crap, then there is your answer.
