Pelvic floor tension/my visit to the urologist

Hello people, after years of doing nothing and still getting worse I went to my urologist again in Amsterdam. I didn't have a doppler/echo mri or whatever scans there are. He also didn't examine my penis. He wants me to take photo's of my erect penis and send it to him. The reason he doesn't want to do another erect doppler is because he'd have to inject me to get erect (and deal with possible side effects/ chance of scarring at injection site etc.) and I wouldn't be fully excited, so he thinks it best for me to just take photo's at home. We talked about this in detail and I felt like he really listened to me and understands me, but I also learned to understand them a little bit more and their way of approaching this issue. I told him I've been diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder before and feel like I'm not being taken serious after getting that diagnosis. He assured me that's not the case with him. He really believes that I might have damaged myself jelqing and he didn't dismiss my worries, he just said that if he diagnosed me with peyronies it wouldn't make a difference. The only important thing is how do I go from here. It's no use trying to look for scar tissue or whatever cause even then there's nothing they will do unless my erection was bent so bad I couldn't have intercourse. To them the only thing that matters is if I still have the ability to get erect, and if I'm straight and hard enough for intercourse, so the change of size/shape isn't a problem to them unless it stops me from being able to have sex. The thing he did find, however is pelvic floor tension. He thinks that if I adress that I will find relief and possibly get fuller erections again. Are there more people who have/had pelvic floor tension?? And did adressing this issue help you recover from peyronies? Thanks in advance.

Also, I will get a new (flaccid I believe) doppler after doing the pelvic floor theraphy. That way at least that problem won't be a factor anymore and they can more accurately see what's going on, but like I said even if they find scar tissue they won't be able to get rid of it or offer any procedures that I would benefit from in their opinion.

Pelvic floor dysfunction definitely can affect EQ. I think we should create a pelvic floor related megathread, as myself and several others have described what we've been told regarding the subject by various medical professionals and therapists. I'm at work so I can't link my old pods, but please go through my history to read a bit more about it. I know melting is knowledgeable about it as well (and Tdix)

I also have problems on the pelvic floor, I improved a lot, and I found the area that I have affected, it is in the area of the spongy bulb muscle (where the scrotum begins to the base of the penis), I am doing stretching and kinesiology, which improves the symptoms, What symptoms do you have?

Do you still get nighttime erections?

Considering the information in your signature, how are you attaining erections?

I guess I'm a little confused as to what your situation is.
28. ED with hourglass.

After no nighttime/morning erections for years, the treatments in my post brought back NTE's after 6 weeks.

Not cured by any means. One day at a time.*

I'm confused myself as to what exactly is going on, but the pelvic floor tension is one thing I have for sure. I do get nighttime erections I think, but rarely do I wake up with an erection and getting erect during daytime/arousal is getting harder as well.
