My strange Peyronies?

Hello together,

first of all sorry for my bad english. I'm Jakob, 28, from Germany with the following problem:
During the year 2018 I had a candida balanitis after two weeks of antibiotics which didn't go away for 6 months. I had to attach cream several times per day on my glans and therefore pull back the foreskin. I have a mild phimosis. When I pull back the foreskin, the phimotic ring would be around the shaft and compresses it a bit. In 11/2018 I noticed a dent exactly at this position. It's visible when my penis is flaccid and especially when semi-erect, as this dent will fill up with blood later than the rest of my penis. Erect its nearly invisible and doesn't make problems either (no ED) so far. A few months later a ring-like dent also came below the glans. It looks so horryfying. Also throughout the day (usually when I have to pee) hourglass will appear. All doctors say I don't have peyronie's and that there's no plaque. They say if I have no problems during erections, there is no need to treat it. But it makes me so depressed. I have to mention that I have also a pudendal neuralgia and that maybe certain treatment options are not possible for me. Do you think VED would be a good Idea to eradicate these dents? Thank you!
28. since 11/2018 I have a dent in the middle of the shaft, visible flaccid and semi-erect. since 6/19 also below the glans. Probably due to my tight foreskin.

First Jacob, Welcome to the forum.  I am sorry for the late reply and sorry you have to be here but we hope we can help and give you support.

I think a VED cannot hurt and may help IF you use it conservatively/gently.  If you can afford it you might consider the Soma Correct with 3 cylinders of different diameters.

If you do not want a 3 cylinder VED then consider a Vacurect.  It has a great unique design for a one-cylinder VED.

Best Wishes

Hey Hawk, thanks for your kind answer.
Do you think VED alone can work or should it always be combined with Cialis for example?
Best Greetings! Jakob

I was hat Prof. Porst in Hamburg now. He examined my erection with ultrasonic and prescribed me 5mg Cialis + a Vakuuum Pump. Its "ErecAid" - very expensive, has someone Experience with it? He told me to use it every second day. Pumping to an erection and hold it for 15mins.

You could buy a less expensive pump or traction device (such as ESL 40) and always good to add other treatments such low dose nightly pde5i and pentox.  Add treatment modalities usually helps more than a single approach.
