Weird erection issue

Since first getting diagnosed with peyronie's like symptoms my only change to my penis was a slight indentation underneath the top of the glans. No curve or any other deformities have occurred or progressed in the six months dealing with this. I had pain with erections that has mostly gone away since. And since first diagnosed I joined this forum and got on pentox. Cialis, arginine, and the other supplements recommended as well as doing traction. Which I believe all helped me for the best possible outcome.

However my biggest symptom seems to be around hard flaccid issues now, and all the symptoms that come along with that condition. The biggest and most notable change for me now is that my bottom half of an erection over fills with blood and gets even thicker then it was before all of this. But the top half can still be soft while the bottom half is filled with blood and more erect. With enough stimulation the rest of the penis can fill out and looks pretty much the same as before when it is fully erect. However it is almost impossible to stay fully erect and my erections are all around seriously messed up ever since.

I feel like there is some kind of issues with blood flow or a venous leak, or maybe this is all due to the hard flaccid issues? I know it's not a scar tissue issue because it can fill up more and look normal. But it takes far more stimulation for the entire penis, especially the top half, and very difficult to maintain. Even with all I am doing. What are peoples thoughts on this? And suggestions? I'm not opposed to surgery if It comes down to it. But I dont usually hear about symptoms like mine that often.

I think what you are experiencing is caused by plaque/scar tissue.  It can affect blood flow in or out of the penis and do so at any point.  just because you do not feel it does not mean it is not there.  It could even be deep in the cavernous rather than just on the tunica.  There it could interfere with blood distribution.  It would be interesting to see if you can message the blood to disperse through the penis without getting more erect.  I could be wrong.  I cannot prove it, but to me, it is the only logical answer.

I have seen posts from others that say that massaging the area does improve things.:)

Is it possible to be a symptom of hard flaccid? If this is a scar tissue issue then I'm gonna need to have some surgery before sex is really possible, if these erections stay like this it will be far too unstable for sex.

While flaccid? How do people typically massage?

The same way you would masturbate except would be more effective if you used finder/thumb tips. :)
