2 easy questions ...

Hello everyone.
I have 2 easy questions that I hope someone will answer.
1. I started taking 5mg tadalafil every night. For the first 4-5 days, I had strong side effects such as stuffy nose, redness, and hot flushes. After a maximum of a week, these side effects disappeared completely, even after 20mg of tadalafil or 100mg of Viagra. It's like drinking vitamins. NOTHING. As well as the effect of the drugs diminished. Is there anyone else who has watched this in such a short time?
2. Easy Question - What happens after the last implant revision? ie was she 2nd or 5th? amputation? Nowhere to find information on what happens after that.

There is generally no tolerance build up to any PDE5 inhibitors even over a long period.  What is mistaken for a tolerance is usually a gradually worsening erectile dysfunction that has nothing to due with taking the drug.  It is just the natural progression.

I am not positive I understand the 2nd question.  If you are asking what happens when a man can have no more revisions, that would never happen after two implants assuming general health would support outpatient surgery.  If that is your question the answer is you would not get another implant and you be stuck with a penis with no erection and intercourse much like most men were before their first implant.  

It might be possible to put in a one piece mailable implant depending on the reason you could not have another 3 piece revision.

Yes, I understand that , but here we are talking about a 4-5 day period. No physical or psychological change these days (ie no trauma, nothing). Just the side effects disappear and I can get the same erection with and without PDE5.( 85%- 90%). Ie , 1 week without PDE5 (so that my body can be completely cleared) I can get an erection the same as that of PDE5. And there are no side effects anymore. I'm talking about a 4-5 day period.

Your second post seems contradictory to your first.

Are you saying you no longer have ED after taking PDE5i for only a week?

 If you get the same degree of erection with or without a PDE5 inhibitor and get no side-effects I would question whether you have a genuine product or a counterfeit.   I have nothing else to attribute to such an account.

That's what I'm thinking. Does it often happen to other people?
After a few days / weeks, the side effects COMPLETELY disappear , on max dose ( 100mg Sildanafil ).
Or I have to look problem in the product ....

I can tell you that in the 15 years since we started this forum, what you are reporting is in no way typical.  It is a very unusual story.

Did you buy your meds online ?

I noticed when buying online Tadalafil and viagra without a script from overseas pharmacies (from india, europe etc) is is usually underdosed.

I had a similar issue - I then went and got a script from a doctor and received viagra and cialis from a local pharmacy and the effects were great.

Alternatively, you may not react well to those two meds and may want to try Levitra (talk to your doctor first).
