How long do you keep on your Bandage after Xiaflex Treatment?

Hi! I'm on my 3rd cycle of Xiaflex treatment and just curious what others have had their Doctor's told them about bandage time.

I've been told by my Doctor 4 hours is fine, but have read some people keep their bandages on over night. I had my treatment today and asked him about it, but am thinking of keeping it on overnight.

How severe was your case when you decided to go with Xiaflex? Degree of curve? Indentations? Etc

I have a 40 Degree to the left curvature from the upper middle starting.

my doctor says take it off by the next day.  I've been wrapped 12 times.  When it stays on, swelling is reduced really well.  But, most of the time, it doesn't stay on for long. Sometimes, less than 1 hour.  I've experienced some tremendous ("freakish") swelling and I've also experienced no swelling.  So, I don't worry about it.  When it swells, I know it'll be ok in a day or two.

Yep, I had some freakish swelling happen on my last treatment via cycle 3. It went away in like 2 days. I didn't have swelling in my first 2 cycles, only some tiger stripe bruising. Thanks for the input!

hmmmm.... my doctor has never put a bandage on mine after xiaflex shots.  I'm on my 6th round of shots. I'll have to ask him about it next time.

I started my first cycle this week and go Tuesday for my second shot.  My doctor's recommendation was to keep my dick wrapped.  I left the bandage on for a full 72 hours only taking it off to shower.  I had some swelling about 12 hours after the shot (ice pack helped) but it was largely gone by the morning.  I also cut back on my water consumption to reduce inflammation.
