any help / advice would be great.  I have just been diagnosed with a penile fracture that I believe happened about 7-8 years ago.  since that time erections were hard to get (never full) and very hard to maintain.  now they are all but impossible and if a should get one, never hard enough for intercourse.  My urologist says that surgical repair is impossible due to the age of the injury.  i'm not willing to get an implant.  does anyone know a urologist or a procedure to repair a fracture this old?  help.

In view of your problem and your willingness to have surgery, I am stunned by your unwillingness to get an implant.

While there are many surgical procedures to straighten a bent penis I know of no surgery that that will restore erections.  An implant corrects deformity and restores the ability to have intercourse on demand in one outpatient surgery with a higher success rate than any other solution.

Hey. After so many years, the is no repair to be done. Try pills and see how they work, or a vacuum pump with constriction rings. If you don't managed this, it's only going to get worse from here and you are going to loose penile size, of you haven't had already.

Hey, the guys on this website all have had big time issues with their penises and I am one of them too. I had a fractured penis, it would bend when I tried to have intercourse and it was at a 90 degree bend too. I had surgery to correct the hinge, but I still had erection issues. Pills, injections, pumps worked maybe 30 percent of the time, making sex no fun at all, as it ended up in failure most times with both of us being frustrated. Urologists don't tell you the less you have an erection over time, your penis will shrink. The old saying about if "you don't use it, you loose it", is true.
I took the big step and had the implant surgery and 10 months now with an implant, my only sadness is that I didn't have the implant 5 years ago.
Plain and simple, bite the bullet and get an implant. This site will help you through it. We are here to help.

Explain more. You had a surgery so it was treated...!?
Where was/is the fracture? How did it develope? State after surgery? State right now? Erection angles/bends?

Hey melting, read my journal on this site.
A lot of guys that had implants have posted their stories. I read their posts, everyone provides good insights, from different perspectives. Some of us were gutsy enough to post some photos too. If you still have questions, feel free to PM me.

Thanks guys. My questions were related to OP, Jamesbea.
I read StepOne's log and I'm happy it seems to work out. You guys can be so glad to be citizens of the US with your possibilities in medicine and more.. I wouldn't trust any doc in the EU with our socialist inhuman B.S. treatments. Same seems to go for Canadian socialist medicine, as OP is surely subject to, though they have at least a shorter way to get good treatment..
