RainyDay

Its been seven weeks since I had a nesbit plication and I'm still dealing with numbness throughout my penis, especially in the head, and pain in the incision. Should I be concerned? How long did it take you to regain full feeling in your penis and no pain?

I had numbness after my grafting surgery for close to 5 months.  Pelvic floor therapy definitely helped

Give it time.  7 weeks is a relatively short period of time.  Note down how it feels now and keep a weekly diary to monitor any improvement.

Nerves, possibly affected by surgery, generally can take months to grow back. But if you don't see any improvement you should see your doc. Stay healthy, eat healthy, keep your pelvic floor relaxed.

It took me 4-6 months to where I would say things were "back to normal".

My doc says graft is not replaced w healthy tissue for at least 6 months, so I wouldn't try VED or traction until after that.

Do you always have a "difference" or lumpy/deformed (not sure what to call it) in the grafted area after surgery?
45 y.o. Single. Onset of symptoms (pain-stinging like a wasp) @ 6/2018. No sudden injury. Curve developed slowly. 40 deg. dorsal. Hourglassing. Torsion to left flaccid. 4 rounds xiaflex. Restorex, DMSO+, heat, arginine, cialis, lipoic acid, vit. K2

I'd say my grafted area ended up a bit narrower than the rest of my shaft but no other differences.

My graft area bulges out slightly.  Dr Yafi said it was because they didn't apply it tightly to negate any narrowing or constriction

And yet Dr Yafi isn't considered a respected Dr here.  Yes he is young, and doesn't have the numbers of other Dr's, but I am happy to have had him as my surgeon
