Namantel 400 - extended release 400mg pentox question

I recently acquired some Namantel 400 - extended release 400mg pentox online, the package came from Canada but originated from India.

I am a bit hesitant to try them because they were bought online.  They are pink pills in foil.

Do I take one pill per day with breakfast or take more?

How long before I see any results, good or bad?  Weeks, months???

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Extended release is great to sustain a constant level. You might still think about splitting your dosage up(morning/night) cause even the extended ones have a half life and probably some time with no pentox in the blood.
I don't know anything about that specific pill and colors.

Be cautious about splitting an actual extended release pill as it has a coating for slow release and if compromised will suddenly dump the complete dose into your system.

Makes sense. Didn't think about actual splitting but rather about "splitting the dosage".
In any case I came across this tidbit:

The usual dosage of TRENTAL(Pentox) in extended-release tablet form is one tablet (400 mg) three times a day with meals.

So that would most probably create a very stable pentox blood circulation throughout 24h. If someone get's told to just take 1 a day it sure would be a good idea to ask the doc why not more often.
