Plaque ball

So, i noticed this ball of plaque(i presume it's plaque). It started after my penile fracture 9 years ago. It is located at a base of my penis.

Does anyone has similar "balls" of plaque? And how to get rid of it.

Yes, I had big hard balls/lumps and still have some soft small ones.(I did what is linked in my signature to soften them)
The body patches up the injured area and accumulates fibrous material which then calcifies(hardens). Most who have peyronies have these in some shape. These shapes then interfere with the natural erectile function.
