Future considerations in prosthetic urology Trost L, - Asian J Androl

Super informative article on the most recent advances on penile implants, several manufacturers and other prosthetic devices related to urology. A must read!

Great find w lots of useful information.  I particularly was interested in the problem w lengthening surgeries in conjunction with the implants currently can lead to necrosis—not worth it in my opinion.

Has anyone here had that Penuma silicone sleeve they mentioned? Never heard of that. That certainly seems promising for hourglassing and girth loss.

Google Dr elist. Lots of problems and complications from this. Not worth it IMO.

why would someone opt for a silicone sleeve rather than an inflatable implant?

I too am interested in learning more about the sleeve, I believe the interest comes from it not impacting natural erectile function (or so they claim) while addressing girth deformities. If that's the case I would certainly like to hear more about it.

If Dr. Elist, then I understand. He is a butcher. I was interested because as far as I understand Titan doesn't help girth? Could be wrong.

First, who is a butcher??  I did not follow the pronoun "he".

A Titan most definitely does impact girth more than any other implant.  It totally corrected my hourglass/dent beginning at day 1 of inflation.

I was referring to Dr. Elist. It is my understanding that he harmed a lot of men on the forum. If I am wrong, I retract my statement. And I only said that about Titan because I was under the impression that it didn't do anything for lost girth and that LGX was better for that, and that Titan was better for length. Again, if I was wrong, I apologize.

On a re-read, it was pretty clear when you posted it.  It was more an issue of my hurried reading. I have no information to counter your statement.
