My dick is damaged and will never be healed. If anything, it keeps getting worse while I try so hard to take care of my body, but my body never gives anything in return. I'm an impptent loser and it doesn't matter if I end my life right now or roll with the punches till I'm 80 years and die alone. I will die an impotent loser no matter what and lately it's haunting me again like I never made any progress in the last 10 years and I didn't. Still the same impotent lonely loser I was 10 years ago and the only thing in my life that will change is getting older, losing the only people in my life (parents and grandma) and getting uglier. That's just a fact of life. I will not get any younger and my nonexistant sexlife will not change it will remain nonexistant and I believe the only thing I can do to escape it temporarily is numbing myself down with weed, but I cant afford it anymore so I guess it's time for me to end my life cause I'm sick of being miserable and it DOES NOT GET BETTER.

My guy, imagine if you committed suicide and 2 weeks later a new study gets released regarding stem cells which gets followed up with an approval from the FDA. 2 months later, USA & the whole EU has access to a potent cure that replaces your tunica tissue with the same tissue, but made in a lab. For me it feels like you're digging your head into the sand, man. I know it sounds extreme but if you would succeed in getting closer to other aspects of your life than sex, you will the one you get cured be extremely thankful that you didn't waste a lot of precious years being a depressed sack of sh*t just because you couldn't stop thinking about sex & appeal as well as your regrets & mistakes.

Give me one valid reason why you wouldn't give a f*ck at age 40? There's no clock on where and when your golden years should take place. A lot of people have golden sexual experiences between their 30's-50's. I can tell you to stop being a sad depressed sack of sh*t, because I am too. But I won't stay that way, and I advance in other stages in my life while my sexual life is crippled.
Perhaps this sounds like rocket science to you but it's the truth, and it's what you have to do.
get this in your head; technology and science have never developed so fast as it does today, there are species that get discovered everyday as well as new cures and treatments for all sorts of diseases. You haven't even tried all treatments available for Peyronie's yet you're still crying and nagging about how helpless your situation is. I don't know what more I can say to you, you need to realize that your dick is not screwed for all eternity. Get your mentality fixed, so you can keep fighting and await the results of science and medicine that advances each and every day.

I'm sorry but I just cannot relate.  I am 70 and have had a gorgeous blonde 37-year-old woman hitting on me recently.  I was flattered but not interested since I am faithful to my spouse.

I fought with ED and Peyronies Disease for almost 15 years and while I had down moments I never hated myself or my life.  I always felt thankful for the things God blessed me with.  Everyone on this forum lives a higher lifestyle than Kings and Queens or the Robber Barons of 100 years ago.  I think it just depends on whether you focus on what is wrong or focus on what is right. whether you dwell on what you cant do or actually do the things you can do.  If there is no joy or hope in that then face that your dick is not the problem and start spending your time on a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy forum to fix the real problem.  I cannot help but believe that you would be bummed out within a month even if you woke up with a straight morning erection eight inches long.  

After 15 years I no longer think about Peyronies Disease or ED other than to run the forum.  I found a solution that I am 100% satisfied with.  The fact that I was 68 when I found the solution is great as far as I am concerned.

If I had that option to have a "8 inch straight erection". THEN we can maybe talk about my psychological issues. You can say I wouldn't be happy with that either, but what do you know? Hell, what do I know? Nobody knows that cause it's not possible. In fact, there are no treatments that can give me even my old size back, are there? Maybe if I actually had a CHOICE between being impotent and being an adonis than maybe we can rule out the possibility that I will be unhappy no matter what. But as long as I have these issues I doubt it. This is like saying to a poor person complaining he can't buy anything that money won't fix his mindset therefore it doesn't matter if he lives in poverty or not. And before you judge me telling me I don't know what being poor is like I actually do. I'm poor too, but it doesn't really mean much to me because I don't care about being rich or having everything I could possibly buy. I actually live quite a modest lifestyle and all I ever want is to be a man again. I don't understand why people do not get this. I may sound desperate and extremely bitter when I have a bad day (thats when I wrote my last post) but even now with a good mood and a clear mind I still feel like this is a damn problem. Why bother going to theraphy and do cognitive behavioural theraphy? Will that give me my sexlife back?? No. Nothing will except when a proper treatment FINALLY comes around. If you really wanna help me I'd be better off knowing how long it will take for these new treatments to arrive. That would help me more than you guys telling me you dont feel as bad as me and I should just go to theraphy. It's nonsense. I tried it, but I don't recall one instance in my life where I fixed a problem by talking about it unless the talking actually led to a solution of my problems. My problem being right now having a broken dick. Talking with a therapist won't heal my penis. If you really wanna help, please tell me what we can expect in the next 10/20 years. How is the dr Atala study going, how about stem cells? Any upcoming treatments? I'd love to prove you wrong about still being unhappy with a 8 inch functional penis, but then I'd first have to be able to get that or even just get my penis back to what it was.

For all I know, new treatments will never arrive in your life-time.  A truck could obviously run over you tomorrow.  If you get no benefit or reject all solutions that give benefits like surgery then you hitch all hope of happiness to some elusive set of conditions that might never be. If your happiness depends on external circumstances you are destined to be unhappy.  

It is fascinating to me that I personally know quadriplegics, that are happy yet I know people seemingly with everything that are unhappy.  Seventy years of life have convinced me that has FAR more to do with attitude than circumstances.  I have confirmed that many times in my own life both positively and negatively.  That being true, it clearly means we each hold the responsibility for being happy in our own hands.  It does not lie in the hands of a research scientist, a spouse, or with some miracle cure.

It's like you're trying to make them sound very shallow & superior on purpose.
If someone (popopoo) has been here on the forum for 6 years constantly complaining and venting (which is an important thing to do to be able to cope), how could not an administrator have learned that arrogant speeches about "external circumstances" are not the way to go?

I'm not taking anyone's side in this argument, but Hawk, you're clearly not familiar with the difference between people who are in their 20's & people who have most likely lived 7/8's of their lives. There's a giant difference in both mindset & fundamentality. It's also outright ridiculous that you seriously believe you've met people with a serious and life long paralysis (known as quadraplegic) that are "happy". A man/woman who has lost their ability to walk is something you would consider spreading happiness? They're forced to live out the rest of their only life with paralyzed limbs, most of them also have to wear a diaper & they probably feel like a vegetable every night before they sleep. People with conditions like this are doomed and have NO OTHER WAY to either cope or "move forward" than constantly lying to themselves and trying to settle with the bitter reality that is their life. The reason why guys like popopo are acting in this manner, is because that he is one of very few people that won't settle for the weakness and uselessness of the paralyzed medical system, he knows that a solid solution for him is so close yet so far away. He also knows that the majority of treatments are weak and designed for people with a beta mindset. And what I mean by that is that the current "solutions" are far away from solid & waterproof and they won't give you a respectable settlement to this so called "autoimmune disorder". They will just maybe help you, maybe make it a little bit better, & mayybeee get you out of this seemingly bottomless pit.
Some people just accept lying to themselves for all eternity and that reflects their rightfully called beta mentality.
But no, Hawk, the people with quadraplegic are probably so happy with living that miserable & bummed out life.

A potent cure is perfectly real and something that can heal (fix all problems) for Peyronie's sufferers is to me already here. GIR,  If you noticed, my "Grand Speeches" are significantly shorter than yours.  While I am sure they don't help those determined to focus on negativity and those that find a problem to cancel every solution, they do help those that are determined to find a better way.

I have not been here for 10 years. I founded this forum 16 years ago because I saw the need.  I have put in thousands of hours and many dollars into keeping it available to give people like you a voice.  I also assure that I have a voice.  I have communicated with thousands of men, hundreds of women, and dozens of doctors.  Your entire post is confusing "shallow and superior"???    ??  Then you say I was not very subtle.  For the record, I was never trying to be subtle.

I share what I think and what I believe.  That is my right just like it yours to do the same.  I feel no obligation to pretend I agree with things I reject as shallow and superficial.

As far as your conclusion that people are lying to themselves, that is also shallow and superficial.  The quadriplegic I was in reference to got his law degree, passed the bar, and has a law practice so no, he does not lie to himself.  He sees the reality of life's possibilities and sets a plan to achieve them rather than sit helplessly and call those possibilities "lies".  Unlike some, he does not focus only on the reality of his challenges.

As far as having no concept of being young, you once again draw only from inexperience and simplistic cliches.  Every old man lived through being a young man and remembers it well (it is called 1st hand experience) whereas no young man has been old and can only pretend to imagine it.

I didn't read what was written and posted. However I smelled significant negativity. Simply put, if ur organ does not work or respond to pills. Then u can fully reconstruct it. U can add an erection mechanism, enhance length and enlarge girth. All in one single surgery by paulo egydio. No need to spam and complain. The solution is not an optimal solution but at least there is a way out of this tragedy

I posted about the MOST technique before, but nobody seemed to know much about it. I'm glad you know about it too and hope more members will so we can hear about the results and more people will follow. If this technique is half as effective as it seems it will be a big step forward from regular implants.

Nobody knows about it cuz just egydio and kuehhas are the only ones who perform it and not everybody have the means to afford this kind of surgery with them. I'm not sure but this kind of surgery costs between 30k-50k. Egydio did not recommend it for me after he examined me with ultrasound. But if I'm extremely desperate with my organ i will go for it since it won the best method in chicago sexual medicine conference in 2019, check his videos and pay him a visit

We're all gonna be able to legally replace our faulty tissue with lab-tunica albuginea before 2025, mark my words. If you ain't afraid of the law, ITS ALREADY POSSIBLE. There is a cure for this disease, BUT you would need lots of money and a non-scared attitude towards the FDA and the government & laws in general. There is more than one reason they perform experiments on rats. Humans and rats have the same basic physiology, similar organs, and similar body plans.
And a surgeon succeeded with replacing Peyronies Disease-affected tunica tissue with lab-made tunica tissue.
But, it's not approved for various reasons. But the cure is already here, people, most of you are too scared to do something about it. If I personally don't strike gold with any other treatment, I will indeed go outside the box. This is because of one reason, and one reason only; it's possible.
