Constant nighttime erections

I've had Peyronies Disease for about 16 months, the last year of it as chronic.

I've noticed that ever since starting Restorex last year, I get almost non-stop erections while I am in bed sleeping. These happen primarily while I'm lying on my back. I wake up in brief spurts throughout the night and pretty much am always extremely erect. If I turn over the erection fades.

Other than the curve from the Peyronies Disease I do not have ED and I'm not taking Cialis or any other drugs. Notably I did have CPPS a few years ago, so I imagine this has something to do with my pelvic floor being very relaxed while I'm lying flat in bed.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not quite sure what to make of it - maybe it's a good thing as it's giving me a lot of blood flow over the course of the night?
