At the end. Feeling hopeless

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking the forums for months, every since I was afflicted with this terrible condition back in March of this year. I started with a slight bend to the left and a feeling of density and the base of my penis. ED ensued. I had no pain. A month later another plaque developed, on the same side but just beneath the glands. The night before after master bating I felt a slight pain followed by extreme numbness and pain in the head on the left side of my penis. Over the next three days the numbness and pain went away , but a plaque was left behind. Since that time, every time I come, no matter how gentle I am, I will have pain in the head of my penis for the next 2-3 days.

I sought out treatment, I went to several urologists before finally staying with Dr Morganstern in Atlanta. The people there gave me hope. They said since I am young(25) and I am getting treated early I should have good outcomes. Well, I've went for over 10 injections and nothing has changed. In fact, I've only gotten worse. Since March, I have now had 3 more indentions come. The one that developed 2 days ago has now left me with pain in both sides of my penis. I have tried everything this forum recommends, restore x, ESL 40, pentox, VED. Nothing has so much as slowed down the progression of this disease. Which is the reason I decided to make this post. Im desperate . I don't really now how this will help, but some hope from people who have made some recovery. Because at this point I feel hopeless and suicidal.

At 25 I fear I may never have a normal relationship again. I've lost my sexuality
For the most part because I can't think about it without fear and pain. I don't really know what else to say. I just hope you all are able to make the recovery I never have.

You are not going to believe me or anyone else here right at this very moment in time, but hang on by your fingernails and hope will find its way to you. In the meantime, read the survival guide here. Everyone else will chime in momentarily.

Hi guy, I'm sorry you haven't had more improvement but believe you still could.  What type of injections did you have?  It's possibke the treatments have helped prevent even further worsening.  I'd stick w pentox, low dose nightly PDE5i and VED or traction (esp restorex).  Hang in there guy and please keep us posted.

OK, if you have gotten more indentations that is a sign to me(I'm no doc, just applying my logic) that something systemically might not be right.
I also wouldn't do any treatment, or action, that challenges the tissue, possibly creating small microtears or similar. Like VED, traction or any masturbation beyond very light touches(for now)
What do you think is the cause of the indentations that keep occuring?

Are you otherwise healthy(lifestyle, disease, weight)? Any blood tests?
Obviously it's a bad spot to have problems in and we all in some form had these mental problems associated with it.
But you will have to get over it in some way or form and focus on logic, educated steps forward, even if small. Often the desperation and depression makes it worse, creating a devils circle. You coming forward posting here is one step.

I think the causes of the new indentations are from the traction.
My reason for this being that each time I tried a new reaction device a new indentation appeared within that same week. (Like switching the ESL40 to one leg causing a new dent then trying the other leg and causing another dent on the other side). Right now I'm just doing VED as hourglassing is my primary issue. I haven't noticed any bad things happening from that yet. My health is fairly good. I've lifted weights 4-5 days a week for the last 9 years and have always been fit. However, over this last year my sex drive has plummeted and I haven't gotten morning erections in months. I sought out treatment for low testosterone and consistency had low free testosterone. I was on clomid but that caused eye problems. So I switched to testosterone . My morning erections came back , as did my sex drive a little bit. However, I had awful mood swings on it. It made me incredibly depressed for seemingly random reasons. Coupled with the Peyronies and the fact that I'm also in medical school, I just couldn't handle all that pressure and came off.
It's been 2 moths since then and all the old ED and libido issues have come back. I honestly feel so stuck with all of this. I wish I could just go back to being a normal guy in his 20s. I definitely took it for granted.

The injections I received were Vermapmil(which is what Dr.
Morganstern treats everyone with initially.) I sought out another urologist to get xiaflex but he said that he would not treat me because he could not palpate a plaque.

Maybe try low dose nightly PDE5i to bring back NTEs and EQ.

I'm on that as well. Doesn't do anything. 2 nights ago I was on 10mg of cialis and 10 mg of viagria and still couldn't get it up for this beautiful girl I was with that night . That night was the 4th different girl that this happened to me with this year. Which has led to to this deep depression I'm experiencing right now. I basically feel asexual at this point. I don't really have any hope left for pursing a relationship/family . Hence my suicidal thoughts.

There's two uses for PDE5is, one is for use before sex and another is long term low dose nightly to improve NTEs and then EQ which takes six months or more.

Before sex try 10- 20mg cialis or 50-100 mg viagra.

For low dose nightly use 2.5-5mg cialis or 50mg viagra.

Hang in there, man. I know what it's like to get f*cked at a young age. I'm not even 20 and I have peyronies, several lumps and a hard scar causing an upwards curve.
The only reason I'm "okay" right now, is because I still believe in a solution. I'm on treatment right now, hopefully I'll see results. But maybe not. My point remains, hang in there.
You might not get your sex-life back EXACTLY like it was, but you could "cure" yourself one day and get out of this dark tunnel with tons of knowledge and a healthy and working dick. Which is even better than going back in time, even tho I know it doesn't seem like it now.
All love man, God bless you.

Same here, also 25 and very similiar experiences to you. It's about time people start to realize VED traction and pentox is NOT the cure. I also still have worsening and even got worse BECAUSE of VED usage. I don't believe all these people that got "good results" doing any of these and I'm starting to wonder if any of this isn't all just placebo or increased bloodflow makeing it feel like there is positive change when there isn't. That, or others are just way more lucky than me. Anyway, if the rest of us still wanna get fixed before our best years are behind us they better come up with some PROPER treatment for once instead of all these BUTCHERING surgeries and fake solutions. I'm probably the only one keeping it real here when I tell you it doesnt get better only worse and none of tue doctors givw a F~@< about anything other than makeing profit off men like us. My advice would be NOT to settle for fake solutions like implants and torture devices. Just plain tell these doctors to F^@$!ng help instead of trying to rip you off cause thats all they ever do with their silly fake solutions.

I only want to relieve your thoughts of never having a relationship or a normal sex life.  Even if everything else fails, a 3 piece inflatable implant is far better than anything you imagine it could be so there are always options.

Do not give up. Do not commit suicide.

I finally had to face the reality that I may have a venous leak about a month ago and have been sick to my stomach and browsing the internet desperately looking for a remedy.

There may be no way out for me without going the implant route, but from the research I have been doing this may not be as bad of a solution as it seems. No you wont get NTE's or spontaneous E's anymore, but you can still be a monster in bed and from the countless hours of internet browsing I've done in the past month, I've yet to find one girl that is put off by one.

PM me. Best,

After no nighttime/morning erections for years, the treatments in my post brought back NTE's after 6 weeks.

Not cured by any means. One day at a time.*

Strapping something to the leg isn't good as it will create different uncontrollable tensions.
You need something you can have full control and view off. I personally don't use it but the restoreX looks great for extending.
You can wear an extender for a low amount of time with a low amount of traction. And you go from there.

That sounds good. Don't overdo the VED. Not having new problems from it sounds like there's no underlying chronic disease or "bad blood".

Sounds like a dosage problem. Use less T, especially in moody periods. Low T seems to be a thing with Peyronies sufferers so you should deal with that. Also don't overtrain which can be really bad.

I think without a hard plaque you need to get circulation up. Don't masturbate hard but have some good blood flow going on. Don't let your penis get cold.

As often said. Transdermals can go right to the plaque. I would flood my penis with supplements that soften scar tissue and help to have healthy collagenous tissue.
