Hey, would a fast of 24 hours have any benefits during the acute phase of Peyronie's? I would still drink both water and caffeine, but be completely absent from any types of food.
The only goal for me here is to perhaps lower inflammation significantly, would it be worth it? If so, I would fast at a total of 48 hours a week (not consecutively).
What benefits/consequences could I expect?
Thanks
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

I would first think about your intake while not fasting.
I think some people might have success with fasting lowering inflammation cause they don't take in what would normally inflame them.
Btw. to me caffeine is a vasoconstriction lowering blood flow to my penis noticeable. But people seem to deal with caffeine differently.

Nobody can tell you the benefits you can expect, but I think that would be very beneficial along with NOFAP and no erection checks. And absolutely no porn.

Fasting isn't the only way to lower inflammation,  many supplements do this.  Also, unless one has a porn addiction, it's not a problem (IMO).  Same w masturbating, if not being rough on your dick, it may even help treat peyronies w increased wblood flow.

Thanks for your replies, guys.
Tony - I take Pentox, Selenium, Coq10 and turmeric which all have anti-inflammatory properties and helps reducing oxidative stress. Are there any other supplements I should look into?
Melting - how would you get to know that it was the caffeine, specifically, that caused your vasoconstriction? I consume lots of caffeine, but it's not certain that this causes more inflammation for me... how can I know if it does or not?
