Not feeling for the anti-carb diet

How important is diet for stopping progression IF you are on Pentox and a list of other anti-inflammation supplements? Is anti-carb diet crucial then? I know it is beneficial, but is it really needed if you're on Pentox and other supplements?  
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

I don't believe it's crucial although may support your other treatment to one degree another.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.
