All right, so I'm thinking about starting working out again. And when I say working out, I mean increase and better my physic to an extent where I feel confident and powerful.
I am a promising football player/soccer player for you Americans, and I put everything on hold because of many difficulties in life at the same time (peyronies included). Too much so my brain malfunctioned.
But since some of you relate peyronies with metabolic issues and insulin I can't help to ask what I can eat in order to build muscles and mass... meanwhile not f*cking my dick up more.
I've heard that proteinpowder and such things are bad for our dick's health? Please chime in on this, because I would prefer not to throw away my protein powder.
Anyhow, I know I will never be happy until my dick works and looks like "normal" again, but I would be a fool if I didn't focus on other things while I'm, possibly, healing/waiting for more solutions to fix my dick issues.
There are big legends in the sports-industry like Mike Tyson, who didn't have sex for 5 years! I know he didn't have Peyronie's, but he was focused on his goals - so he chose to put his sexual needs on hold which is absolutely amazing! Use your time of absence to form something great! Become who you wanna become, focus on all other things that matter in the meantime. To ask a man to forget about his sexual function is just complete stupidity, but to ask a man to put his sexual desires on hold is far away from stupid... if you have high goals it's absolute genius, and it will only be beneficial.
Thoughts on this?
God bless you all and have a great day
