Hi Everyone

My curvature is about 20 degrees to the right with moderate Ed. I can get an erection when sitting or laying but is difficult to maintain standing and I have only attempted sex with viagra. There is a large module on my foreskin directly in the middle and some brushing on and right below my foreskin on the right side, as well as a few prominent veins that appear to be varicose on the right side.

I first noticed Symptoms of Peyronies after masturbating. At the time, I had a weak ejaculation and some pain but no dramatic injury. The next day I noticed my penis was very small and shriveled as if it had incurred damage. A prominent vein on the right side of my penis became much darker and blood filled and still is to this day. Being a 19 year old virgin and having this happen to me pretty much obliterated my life and has been a dark cloud that I can't shake ever since. I went to the urologist about a month later and they examined me but said the veins looked normal and that they weren't sure what was causing the pain. A few days later after the injury i woke up with morning wood while wearing underwear and my penis was bent up against my leg out of the side of my underwear. Since then I have noticed shortening and curvature to the right. I also deal with pretty much daily pain.

I have continued to masturbate over the years but I worry that it is further causing damage and making the right side shorter. I believe the initial injury was due to rough and reckless masturbation. About 4 months ago I believe I made my symptoms worse after Masturbation as a sizable bruise appeared on that side and also it appears to have shortened a bit more. Since then I have tried to avoid it as much as possible. I've recently found a girl and we've been having why's I consider to be pretty good sex. There are problems however:

I generally don't feel much pain during sex but the day after it is painful on the right side. Like pins and needles. I also feel I require medication to maintain an erection, and I have not told my partner about my condition which gives me a lot of anxiety. She has a high sex drive and I feel pressure to have sex despite the fact that I had in pain. She lives elsewhere and so we generally spend the weekends together, but even that can be too much at times.

I have some questions:

Has anyone else experienced such long term pain? From what I've read the pain is supposed to subside after about a year. If so what do you do to manage the pain. My diet is admittedly not the best and ive never tried taking vitamins or supplements.

Does anyone have a success with penile traction? I recently bought one on a whim, but haven't really been using  g it because I'm worried about further damage. I'm very paranoid about future shortening.

Do anyone of you experience ED with your Peyronies? If so what did you do to try and regain some function?

Thank you everyone, I look forward to hearing from you all. I just want my old life back. I've decided I need to take action after suffering for such a long time.

P.s. I've never formally been diagnosed with Peyronies. I kind of gave up within the first year of going to urologists after both of them told me they were clueless as to what was happening, but I'm quite certain I when it. The curve is much pronounced when erect. I also should mention that i currently live in Japan so im not sure what treatment is like here.

Sorry I can't answer all your questions but the fact that you have difficulty maintaining an erection while standing is like a venous leak.

Did the curve develop suddenly, or did you always have it?

You should def open up to your partner about your condition. Some people can be very understanding and it will be of great help to you mentally

Cowboy James,
A weakened erection is not necessarily venous leakage. Venous leakage would impact you all the time, not just when standing, laying, squatting, etc. A weak erection can also be caused by stress, like when one worries if they have a issue with their penis or erection.

Yuzion,
Don't jump to the conclusion of venous leakage.
