I hope everyone is just doing great. Just over 9 months since my titan was implanted. Still love it and would not change one thing about doing it.

Size has leveled off at 6.5 inches long. Still about .5 inches under pre ed 7 but am still happy. If it ever comes back, good, if not still good. Cylinders are softer and softer no discomfort at all. Pumped up I am straight. No sign of a curve or peyronies at all. Pump is easy to use and otr works just fine. I deflate to a good 4.3 or 5 position laying on top of my balls when i am standing up.

I am definitely an advocate of the implant and love my titan.

Now the question.

I have developed a groin hernia. It is on the right side about 2 inches from my shaft. Of course my tubing is also on that side. When I inflate if I push on my groin an feel the tubes they feel really close to the hernia knot.

I saw my general surgeon about the hernia and explained the implant and tubing situation. He said it should be no issue as the tubing is normally routed close to the shaft and he also fixes a hernia by coming in from below.

Has anyone had an issue with having a hernia operation after having the implant for a while. Also which surgeon did you use. I was thinking should I go back to a urologist surgeon or just use my general surgeon. I like my general surgeon as he has worked on me before but the thought of accidentally cutting a tube for the implant makes me cringe.

This is happening in 1st week jan. Right now but might have to postpone it unless it gets to painfull.

Any thoughts are appreciated as usual.

Everyone take care.

Sounds like you're in good hands either way, but I'd probably go w the implant specialist if he also does hernia repair.

I personally have no idea about this SW01. Never read about such situation so I cannot offer any insight. Good luck

Hi SW01

Would I be wrong to say that all implant surgeons are Urologists? If so, your implant surgeon should be able to fix your hernia given it's proximity to your component parts etc. You can only ask I suppose?

I have been making calls again. Reminds me of when I started calling offices trying to find implant surgeon details.

Looks like hernia surgeons are general surgeons. Not the urologist expertise. They referred me to a general surgeon. If something were to happen to implant though then back to them.

Looks like when I get it done, it will be with a general surgeon. Will just hope all goes well and he cuts gently.

Damn seems like we do not get a break. My surgery I guess again in jan. Wife's brain again in feb. Going to be laid up till spring.

One bright spot we plan on using this titan a lot till my hernia surgery just in case snip and something happens. If all goes well plan on keeping right on using it till hers in feb.

This thing has been a god send for our intimacy levels. I know sex is not everything and believe me we have lived without it for various health issues, but it sure has been nice to get back in the saddle so to speak again. If it all went away tomorrow for some reason, the last 8 months of pumped up sex has been incredible. And worth everything.
