It's true, most uro's say two weeks, while the Xiaflex manual says four weeks.

I think the problem with four weeks is that with many doctor's injection schedules, it basically means no sex for the entire duration of treatment. There are only 4-5 weeks between the second injection of each round and the first injection of the next round in my schedule.  I don't think most guys would agree to five months of no sex....

Perhaps the guidelines in the manual are very conservative and doctors have found that two weeks is sufficient recovery in practice to resume intercourse.
