I'm scared because I don't know if I'm in the beginning stages of Peyronie's

About 3 weeks ago I was masturbating and I stood up suddenly and banged my penis against the toilet. I didn't hurt at all because it wasn't much of an impact but my penis immediately went flaccid. The symptoms I've been experiencing since then are a strong loss of sensation. I used to feel pleasure when rubbing my penis even if it was not hard and without any lube. Now I feel no pleasure at at all from doing that, and the same goes for when it's hard. I have to use lube to feel any pleasure. It also hurts when I masturbate and I've lost the physical ability to ejaculate. I can still orgasm but nothing comes out and I feel a lot of muscle tension and pain during the process. It also hurts a lot when I try to flex my penis when it's hard or try to pump more blood in there. I've also developed premature ejaculation and I orgasm very quickly. Sometimes while I'm trying to get hard I sometimes will notice a very slight hour glass shape I heard about that is a symptom of peyronie's. But I have no curve at all and my penis feels normal when it's flaccid. No issues with urination. I don't feel any plaque.

Am I in the beginning stages of Peyronie's or did I just damage a nerve or muscle? Ive been trying to quit masturbation completely but I'm just so addicted. I hope to quit immediately and give my penis some rest. I'm just afraid I've totally screwed myself and am headed toward peyronie's. I don't have health insurance so I won't even be able to see a doctor.

Sorry to hear about this. My own opinion is that it is a penile injury, and it may result in some deformity (Peyronie's), which you can likely prevent and get rid of in time, possibly years. Peyronie's is not a special disease, it is more of a descriptive word of penile deformity. Some men are more prone than others, but a deformity is a deformity, and a penile injury is a penile injury. Don't get caught up in the word Peyronie's.

You should indeed rest the penis with zero erection checking. Only masturbate when your body truly needs it, NOT when your mind needs it. For me, this is about one time per 10 days or so. Penile injuries can take years to heal. As long as you don't keep irritating it, I don't think it will worsen. Remember that zero masturbation/sex is also dangerous, but you have to be on a serious schedule. Do not watch porn, treat your penis as something truly valuable.

Down the line, traction and VED can cure hourglassing and your deformity.

Regardless of your metabolic health, I recommend you fast, do time restricted feeding, and remove anything that causes inflammation (bread, pasta, rice, seed oils). I always recommend healthy keto or carnivore with time restricted feeding. Your body has a serious injury and needs to heal.

If there is nerve damage, some supplements can help such as ALCAR and vitamin Bs, alpha lipoic acid, etc. Cholesterol and fats are important for the nerves as well, but NOT when combined with carbs since carbs stop fats from being utilized in the way they are supposed to. Some plant compounds may be helpful for your penis as well, such as pine bark, ginseng, resveratrol and so on, but these supplements have never been studied in individuals who fast or do not eat carbohydrates.
