How does an implant straighten you out?

Just curious about the physics of it. I still get natural erections. But of course they are curved. How does an implant straighten exactly? Are the fluid filled chambers so much stronger than my natural tissues? Especially if they don't do an excision and the plaque is still there. Don't see how this is possible.

Hi Samsung

A perfectly reasonable thing to wonder about and something I was very worried about pre-implant surgery. I asked my surgeon how he could be sure that my implant would straighten out my badly deformed erection. I said to him that my biggest worry was that the implant would give me a very strong erection but that it would still have a severe bend downwards ie a serious waste of time and especially worrying given the finality of it all. He understood my concerns but was very, very confident that the implant would correct my bend such is the pneumatic strength of the Coloplast Titan. He said it would correct any bend that he had seen in real life or in research.

I was still filled with worry as I went into hospital knowing it was really my final chance. Man, was he correct! I'd say that the first week or 2 of cycling made me a little nervous as the bend had gone from 90 degrees to about 20 degrees and I really wished for a straight dick. He did tell me that the strength of the Titan, if cycled properly, would reshape my penis over time. It really didn't take long at all to get a pretty much straight penis - weeks.

I understand your concerns. I just wish I had access to pre-implant surgery photos so everyone could see what is possible with the Titan. The difference is extreme.

I will second that. I had some before pictures in my journal, which depressed me just looking at my dick. About a 30 to 35 or so curve.

Now at 9 months I am straighter than my pre ed curve. Happy here still. Only thing I had done was a titan installed.

It works.
