If you are considering penile implant surgery or like me, had it and found it only partially successful, your search for the holy grail is probably over. Boston Scientific, the gold standard in the medical device field, has just put an implant called Tactra Penile Prosthesis on the market and, yes, it was FDA-approved earlier this year. seems like a spam promotion without any innovation. It is a step backward from a 3 piece implant.
