It's a $231 combo of vitamins like serraptase and whatnot that claims "85% effective rate" if used for x amount of time. Not sure how they get away with this without getting sued.

Don't waste you money, likely a scam, also if you investigate the full ingredients then likely they are be sourced at a fraction what you have quoted.
I tried serrapeptase/nattokinase, with little success.
