Hey people. The picture I attached is how my scar is located on my dorsal side. The scar holds the exact same thin and delicate form in real life as in the picture. I could probably snap the scar with my fingers lol
Anyway, as I'm going through "regular Peyronie's treatment" I have to ask a question;
- How would a surgery, removing a scar like this, play out?
I mean, there's all healthy tissue around it, under it, well everywhere. Like I just mentioned, it's a very thin scar, and it's unlike all the peyronies plaque I have ever seen and neither is it anything  alike the soft plaque's I have that's not causing to much issues for me.
But this scar causes immobility and it prevents healthy tissue from expanding, which leaves me with a crooked and sharp upwards-erection.
As I'm already planning on starting VED therapy, I can't help to think a surgery like this would be very "easy" to perform and it wouldn't cause any length or girth loss since it's so thin and it's in the very outer layer of the tunica.
But hey, I'm not an expert, that's why I'm looking for people who've had a surgery like this. Or just someone with knowledge regarding different surgeries.
Thanks and God bless you all
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Hi, I had surgery 5 weeks ago with graft.   surgeon told me that the operation was straight forward in that the releasing incision into the plaque gave an instant straightening - bit like if you cut the string on a longbow. I had 120 degree upward banana. So far so good but just starting on  VED treatment post op. Don't know yet about how length will recover, but i am so so relieved not to have that profound and uncomfortable sometimes painful and certainly distressing curved erection pressing into abdomen. It was a no-brainier for me really as penetration was impossible anyway, and even unpenetrative activity uncomfortable and embarrassing or painful.
Hope things working out for you.
Early days yet for me but wouldn't hesitate so far. I'm glad I wasn't put off by on-line research which can be quite graphic .
Get your urologist to refer you to specialist penile surgeon of good repute if you can.
