First let me say thank you for this site. It has helped me a lot. I'm almost 50 and noticed I had lost some size. I thought it was normal ED so made an appointment with a Urologist and got a Viagra prescription. It didn't do much so I tried Cialis which worked better but still not by much. After closer inspection I noticed a bend upwards and an hourglassing. I could also feel a small lump on the right side. I asked the Urologist and he initially said not to worry about it but I asked him to check and he said it was Peyronies.

Oral Meds
I've started 1x400mg Pentox and have asked them to increase my prescription to 3x400mg. The pain with an erection is much better since starting it. I'm also taking 5mg Cialis before bed, 3x500mg of L-Arginine. I just started CoQ10 also and plan to add Acetyl L-Carnitine.

Other Meds
75mg Testosterone injected weekly. I started this about 2 months ago before I was diagnosed. My levels were really low at 220 total. Free was also low. I think this may have been a cause. I was having difficulty maintaining a hard erection and remember at least one time where it bent while having sex. Wish I had known about this then. I would have been more careful. It seems like the GP or Urologist should warn you about it. My total T mid week is about 750 now. It hasn't reversed the problem but my erections feel more solid and I want to have sex again. With low levels I would go months without sex and had no night time erections. I'm sure this didn't help.

Traction
I bought a Restorex and use it 20 to 30 minutes before bed. I'm working on increasing to 30 minutes twice a day. I've seen some length improvement already. Not like it used to be but I'll take what I can get. I do manual traction each time I use the bathroom for 2 to 3 minutes focusing on the bend. My bend up is closer the bottom and the Restorex doesn't seem to stretch that as well as manual traction.

I need a doctor that specializes in this problem though. My Urologist has worked with me but I feel like I'm telling him what to do. Initially he said don't worry about it. Then said do nothing until it stops progressing and we could talk about injections. Another doctor in his practice does the injections. I wasn't able to find a list of recommended doctors yet. I'm within 90 minutes of DC and Baltimore. Any suggestions?

Thanks
