Malleable implant

Hi group. Someone has a semi rigid implant. I want more information please. I know that inflatable 3piece implant is better. but I can only afford a malleable implant. Once again please if anyone can help me with photos and info malleable implant. I'm new to the group. Use Google translate

There are some places in Portugal and Serbia that you can go to, that do implant surgeries for international patients. Do you want me to share those with you?

you should really avoid the malleable at all cost, unless you are very old or have dexterity problems.

 :'(Yes it would help me a lot pfract.  Excuse me with my questions. But what happens with the malleable implant is so bad that everyone doesn't want it. But people who have money problems and can't afford my case other than malleable implant. When you're desperate for what you're doing. I saw on the forum that there are older posts about malleable implant. No one has a malleable implant anymore, it is not good at all not helping you at all to thank your wife for having sex. Thank you
