atypical peyronies

HI Guys
I would like to share my condition with you
I have atypical peyronies ,its fibrosis in the septum part of the penis ,not in tunica albuginea nor corpus Cavernosum its called penile septic fibrosis or non palpable scarring of penile septum
kind of superficial part of penis anatomy
i have no symptoms at all but the narrowing of the middle shaft of penis that occurs only in flaccid and semi erect state and only in cold weather or under emotional stress
nothing weird in my full erect penis
this condition has been bothering me for five years and shackles me from doing my daily activities
Iam depressed,frustrated and desperate as i always feel iam abnormal
i visited a urologist and he described me pentox and vit e  
i took pentox 800mg daily and vit e concomitantly but it didnt work
Anybody can help me ?

How long did you take them?  Maybe add traction and nightly low dose ped5i to remodel fibrous to healthy tissue?

i took them for two years and half
can i replace pentox with l arginine and take it with taladifil once daily as i have been having priapism with pentox ?
and what dose of l arginine work in this case?

How do you get priapism because of Pentox? I've never heard of that, maybe because I don't know too much about it. But how does that happen?

anyway pentox didnt help me it was awaste of money
iam afraid to try traction as it may cause more damage to penile tissue
iam gonna take L arginine with (tadalafil 5 once daily )

Good luck, and I have a question as well;
What's the recommended dosage of Pentox, 400 mg?
Is it 400mg x 3 per day? Breakfast, lunch and dinner?

yes it is 400 mg three times daily and it can be taken up to 800 mg three times daily according to the severity of the case

Gotcha, I know Pentox is critically great in early stages/acute phase. Would you consider 2 months after onset a good time to start Pentox? I couldn't get my hands on it until now...

pentox doesnt work in chronic state
