Could someone please explain the following to a youngster with little knowledge;
- What happens when soft plaque/lumps shrink or disappear?
From what I've been told, the scar tissue reforms into new healthy tissue... is this correct?
Please fill me in on this. I've also seen people posting about them curing themselves, and that their soft lumps have finally "disappeared".
Again, please comment what you know about this process. I'm very interested.

My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.

Hmmmm....

It sounds like your situation is very much like mine!  I suffered an injury during some "frisky time" while on vacation with my wife and the next day there was a diamond shaped soft lump under the dorsal nerve/vein bundle about 3 cm down from the glans.  It was very painful for a few weeks but eventually went away.  However, in the next few months the penis began to bend when erect right at the location where the lump was!  The lump was effectively gone and only a very faintly palpable mass could be felt while flaccid.  That was the beginning of my Peyronie's journey.  While this "soft plaque / soft lump" as you say did effectively disappear for me, the bend did not.  The most important thing for you right now is to see a really good urologist who is versed in Peyronie's treatments.  As a matter of fact, see a few.  The first one I went to only did vitamin E and waited...I moved on.  The second Dr. did a cycle of Xiaflex but he was just starting to administer it and when there was no response to the first cycle he referred me to a much more experienced Dr. who also does LOTS of corrective surgeries.  My third Dr. was very experienced and we went through 4 full Xiaflex cycles.  With now results we tried several cycles of Verapamil.  Still no results and my "plaque" was always small, soft, hard to feel, yet not painful at all and did not affect ability to have erections.  In the end we went with plication surgery and that solved everything.

So, check with your insurance to see what they can cover (Xiaflex is pretty expensive), and try to get a few opinions from reputable urologists.  Either way, if you just had your injury recently it is a good idea to get some attention to it sooner than later.  Also, take pictures NOW of both sides/top/bottom of your penis both flaccid and erect to document the current level of problems.  If things get worse the Dr. will be able to evaluate how and where the tissue damage is occurring.  They will be happy to see photos to evaluate the direction and angle of any bending along with locations of any "waisting" or "hourglass" which will help them to localize any existing plaques and evaluate how deep they lay in the fascia and/or into the space between the two cavernosum chambers.  Good luck my friend!  Don't delay.

Hey man, thanks for taking your time writing a long text!
But to be completely honest with you, I'm not sure what a doctor here in Sweden could possibly do for a 25-30 degree curve that is not getting worse. For me, as a youngster, I feel like traction, diet, supplements and potentially VED will get me back to where I was, ultimately.
I can't speak for you, but here, the urologists only believe in surgical procedures. They even say Xiaflex is a waste of money and time... maybe it is, maybe for some it works and for some it doesn't. Anyway, I'm keeping my faith high while in this inflammation-phase/acute phase.
God is with us all brother, thanks again for your comment.

I just have to ask this too haha;
I think we've all read the very selected few studies on Peyronie's on google. And in these threads it's always talk about "spontaneous improvement" and "stabilization possibility" and so on.
How big is the actual chance for a curve to slightly decrease by itself?
That's a hard question I know, but there's gotta be some people who've had spontaneous improvements in curve just by doing nothing, or possibly just by eating supplements.
