Traction and tunica thickening

Hi all,

I have Peyronies with diffuse fibrosis all along my shaft dorsal and ventral. It's moderate and I a also have a slight bend to the right. There are no hard lumps but just my tunica is thickened and fibrous.

I have a question over treatments and I see traction is one of the ways to help with this. My question is I know that collagen in general, responds to stresses and mechanical forces. So I've started traction but I am worried it will thicken my tunica further?

Doesn't placing more force and traction on the penis cause the tunica to become more harder, fibrous and stiffer as it responds to the force? I'm wanting to reduce the stiffness and hardness of my tunica not thicken it further.

Can someone help clarify this with me.

If done correctly (do your research) traction shouldn't make your dick worse in any way. Some people say that if there's active inflammation in your dick you shouldn't use traction until inflammation is "gone". I might be one of those people lol, haven't decided yet.
How old are you? And could you please evaluate on "my tunica is thickened and fibrous" so I understand better.
God bless you
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Thanks for the reply,

I'm 38 years old and this has been developing slowly over the years. By thickened I mean I have fibrous thickening, the tunica is fibrous and hard / stiff and it was diagnosed in Doppler ultrasound.

I can feel the tunica under the skin it's a bit stiff / hard. Then the tunica that's on the ureathra sids is thickened as well and is about 2.2mm thick from the fibrosis.

They said it's moderate fibrosis. I've had the last 13 years with extremely little sexual activity, due to marriage problems. Like 10 times sex in 9 years, no erections and some morning wood over the years. Masturbated about 1 ever two weeks.

Seems this was the cause :(

I also have a hernia mesh which is designed to cause fibrosis, I'm hoping it is that which is the cause, since then I can aim to remove it!

So how much force are we supposed to use with our traction?

29 year old. I was taking 400 Mg spironolactone to treat hair loss. Xanax withdrawal in combination with spironolactone shrunk my penis from 6" to 4".
I am seeking information about the sliding technique.
