How to overcome psychogenic Erectile Dysfunction: 3 simple tips

I've suffered from psychogenic Erectile Dysfunction (coital anxiety) for many years but this condition is easily treatable.

Here are 3 simples tips to overcome sexual performance anxiety:

a) Warm shower before sex

This will not only relax you but also widen the blood vessels that bring blood into the penis to form an erection

b) Lots of research on this subject

Knowledge is power. The more you know about Erectile Dysfunction, the less stressful it will be. Talk to doctors, read books, consult good websites. I strongly recommend the books of Tom F. Lue, a brilliant American urologist.

c) Take some time

Nobody is perfect and it is perfectly normal to fail every now and then, that's not even Erectile Dysfunction. If you have a negative sexual experience, just take some time before you have sex again and focus instead on other aspects of your relationship. This will allow you to relax and clear your mind.

There is actually a drug that helps with psychogenic Erectile Dysfunction, someone was posting about it just last week. I cannot remember the name right now but I will go back through my history and find it.

Relaxation = dilation of blood vessels.( Blood can enter penis)
Tension = constriction of blood vessels. (Blood can't enter penis)

Also Tension moves blood away from the periphery(penis, arms, legs) towards the core(stomach, organs..)

Allow it.

melting, so what are your tips for staying “relaxed”?. Besides avoiding stress and anxiety and so on... my hard flaccid is becoming more and more occasional, but i want to apply more tips if there are any

Related to the matter at hand..
Imagine there's a deflated balloon in your Pelvic Floor and hips.

Breath in,- down and outwards into your Hips, Pubic Bone, Penis, Balls, Perineum, Pelvic Floor, Anus, Buttocks, Tailbone,- filling all spaces, expanding the balloon into all directions. Enjoy the maximum expansion and space created for a moment. 
..
Then let the air slowly go out through your back and spine until the balloon is completely deflated. Enjoy the density for a moment and repeat several times then go about your day.

If an area feels very tense focus the expansion around that area until the area joins and opens up.
