Would this be a safe and effective oral combo?

Hi guys,

I was only prescribed vitamin E by my urologist and after a few months I notice some progression of my condition. My plan is to begin VED but also start taking L-Arginine, Citrulline Mallate and Acetyl L-Carnitine.

Are these three safe to take simultaneously? Should I get a check up before beginning them? Blood pressure, BPM etc?

Uro's in the UK don't really prescribe Pentox or Potaba, my urologist put me off it. Especially since we get some brutal Flu strains over here (like most places) during the winter, and I need my immune system to be on top form to combat that.

I've heard a 2.5mg dose of Cialis per night might help, but since I currently am not presenting with any ED symptoms I'm not sure how that can help?

It says in the instructions of Cialis if you do not have ED you will see no results. Can anyone shed any light on that?

Ok thanks. I'll look into it further. In my earlier stages I was worried I had nocturnal priapism, so I'm  not taking this lightly. Urologist disagreed with my concerns, but I'm still weary.

Nocturnal erections are a great sign!
