Hi all

Following excision and grafting surgery, along with circumcision, I have been left with buried penis.  Although not buried all the time, it retracts when I bend over, or walk around, so only the tip protrudes.  Flaccid penis length is around 1 inch.

This is causing much discomfort.

A surgeon has recommended a procedure to attach the tunica albuginea to the ventral subdermal dartos to prevent retraction of the penis.

Understandably I am petrified of any other surgery, and further complications.

I just wondered if anyone else has had any experience of this type of operation?

That sounds like a high risk to take.
I would try and research other means first.. I mean there's a natural reaction by the pelvic floor muscles connected to the Penis to retract the Penis when not in use. Do you have any gauge how relaxed or tight your pelvic floor is?
How is your penis reacting when you're aroused/getting an erection?

Please consult a highly recommended peyronies specialist.  Unless you asked for a circumcision, any experienced surgeon would have gone the surgery without a circumcision.
