Maybe this forum is not representative of people who have the disease, maybe people who end up here and stay are more prone to be the worst cases of peyronie. BUT is seems to me, from reading here that there are few who have peyronie that don't have progressive worsening of the disease. Is the chronic stable phase a myth? Does it ever stabilize and stay that way?

I have ha peyronies for two yers now, and it is still getting worse. It would be interesting to hear from people who have had the disease a minimum of 5 years, and for them to tell the level of stability their disease is at.

From my understanding it's really different for each person some people can be stable for years, some worsen, some get better. The biggest factor in worsening is probably associated with extra injury, unhealthy lifestyle and diet, and especially not doing any kind of treatment. There is a survival guide in this site to show what the best methods are to start treating regardless of the stage you are in, for the best possible outcome for each person.
30 yrs old, peyronies diagnosis Aug 2019. Daily pentox, cialis, arginine, traction therapies. Started with dent and pain, top half penis thinned. Upward curve from pre peyronies natural left curve.  2 inch loss of length. 8 in to 6 inches. Nightmare.
