Yes, it is your penis. In comparison to the rest of your body it is just a little thing, BUT, that little thing has a lot to do with keeping you secure and happy when it works. Too many people are afraid or put off attempts to repair it when problems arise. There is the 'prude effect':  don't discuss it.  There is the 'just wait and see' effect.  There is the 'I can get by for now' effect.  Let me tell you brothers, these issues do not get better except in rare cases.  It is unlikely the potion sold you by your swami will do any good, but be pro-active. Ask people here. There are a lot of very very nice people here that are not trying to sell anything, just offering to help. There are a lot of experiences here. Experience is an amazing resource. Take advantage, listen, WEIGH, and COMPARE the advice, then do something if needed. If one fix does not work, try a combo or another fix. Bottom line is do something.  Nothing happens without action. I tried everything and nothing is working, I don't even know what I have.

My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My Erectile Dysfunction is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

I have a dent, thinning, hinge when is semi-erect. I keep trying, can't give up. What I notice is that warm Castor oil massage is helping me getting stronger erections
