Hello fellow sufferers, I am certainly not an expert on our dicks anatomy.
But I'm here to ask you if it's possible to injure the "penile raphe" in any way?
As you can see in the picture the penile raphe is the long (vein) or something running all the way from your scrotum up to your frenulum.
I'm asking this because I've been experiencing pain right in this area (back of the penis), and my pain doesn't occur on any other places. I'm having peyronies symptoms as well but I'm starting to think that the pain is from injuring this vein, and has nothing to do with the other problems on my penis. Sorry for writing so much, I'm just trying to get a hold of this crap.
If you have any knowledge about this, please share your thoughts.
Thank you

What does this have to do with the psychological aspects of Peyronies Disease???

I will move this topic.
The Raphe is only skin-deep structure,   I think your pain is likely coming from something under that area not from the skin.
