My progression.

I'd been thinking about posting about how I've been managing for a while. I've been dealing with this for a year now, and started proper treatment sometime around April I think.

Today I'm using H-100, as I have been for 5 or so months now. This was my primary and only treatment for a great duration.

I recently started PABA.

I'm stopping my low dose metoprolol, as apparently peyronies is a potential side effect. (I'll manage by exercising more to keep my heart from skipping.)

I just bought a bottle of WoundVite supplements on amazon, because it seemed promising in spite of never having seen it tried here. Some familiar ingredients. (Chlorella, Calendula, Grape Seed Extract, Turmeric, Hyaluronic Acid, Bromelain, L-Arginine, L-Glutamine, Zinc, Biotin, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, Iron, Selenium, and Copper). I'll replace my basic daily vit supplement with this.

Lastly, I'm also taking CoQ10.

I'd had a nasty habit of masturbating with only two or three fingers, the greatest pressure points being on the bottom against the urethra and middle on the top which has caused my case. Progression of my case has typically been pretty slow.

I'm honestly not sure how I could divide credit between my body's own healing abilities and the H-100. At the moment, I'm only experiencing progression in areas that the H-100 hasn't been applied to, or is unable to reach.

+The long dent on the left side visually doesn't seem to have moved for a few months now, and the lack of tightness in that area supports that, although about a month or two ago my semi-erections began leaning to the left significantly due to the reduced support on that side. As far as I can tell, it's no worse than a 4mm dent.
+The greatest area of tightness is on the bottom as of a couple months ago, under the urethra on the latter half, which is slowly denting in like a small crease. There can also be some idle pain in that area, but it tends to be less of a bother depending on how gently I can handle myself in the restroom.
+There also seems to be a ring forming under the glans as of relatively recent, but there's less tightness here and it's possibly the least crucial place for it to be happening so I couldn't complain much.
+I've been experiencing some pain top left near the pubic bone, and it only gets worse depending on which direction the shaft lies, from unnoticeable to severe. Even touching the hair on the region is enough to irritate it some. Very tender.
+There's some loss of sensitivity near the pressure point on the top middle, and I have a suspicion that it's just softened plaque because I've been applying H-100 in that area all along. Only thing that makes sense to me, considering the situation on the bottom under the urethra experienced identical trauma but is much worse now.
+Even the glans might experience pain after rubbing against pants too much, but I haven't experienced as much tightness there, and only have once before.
+I suspect that there's less pressure in the tip now from a very mildly declined erection quality though, which is why I don't experience tightness that correlates to the progression of the small ring under the glans, or any tightness on the glans itself.
+There is some slight pain during erection that comes and goes relatively fast between occasional reinjury, and leaves only the sensation of tightness in certain areas after it's gone.
+Flexing too hard and too much against this tightness seems to be capable of causing further injury or pain to the already irritated areas, especially on the bottom. Tightness has occasionally come and gone as progression in certain areas slowed down, but the minor deformity remains.

I'd reinjuried myself a couple months ago after thinking I was totally out of the water with this disease. Fapped one day, and another, and another, no issues. But got very rough on the last day. Should've known better. The downhill trend continues... I think It's worse now than it was before, the first time. Maybe much worse. But I got out of the water the first time, and I think I can do it again. Maybe. Confidence isn't as strong with these patterns and symptoms. Pelvic bone keeps instigating the injury, and any touch in general... It's like an endless cycle right now, with no end in sight. When I think it's getting better, the pain comes right back around. Injury so sensitive that healing seems impossible. But overall, erections are fully functional and pain-free. Partner might not even notice something was wrong with it. Just can't use the damned thing because it hurts so bad still.

Nofap month 2, to infinity and beyond if necessary. My masturbation addiction is officially resolved, after starting this unfortunate journey at nearly 4 hours per day of rough edging. But I've also been experiencing a loss in sex drive. I think this might be a result of my inactivity, and how comfortable I've grown with it. But possibly also stress from the disease itself, despite stress never having been an issue for me in the past. It's unfortunate, because I'd been using porn as treatment. I thought that keep an erection over time was making things feel less tight, and keeping things stretched naturally as an alternative to traction, VED, and hand stretching which I've been intolerant to as they seem to cause further injury and pain regardless of how gentle I am.
Age 23, symptoms started almost a year, only treating with topical H-100 for obvious yet hard-to-quantify benefits, as well as WoundVite. Extremely sensitive to further injury/irritation, but progression of hourglassing is extremely slow.

Have you read the Peyronies survival guide link?

Getting on a  PAV cocktail and traction are the first steps everyone mentions. Thats Pentox , arginine, and nightly low dose Cialis . Along with some supplement suggestions and other tips. The Pentox will help heal any plaque but most importantly stop the condition from worsening. If you aren't doing those things already it could be worth adding in.
30 yrs old, peyronies diagnosis Aug 2019. Daily pentox, cialis, arginine, traction therapies. Started with dent and pain, top half penis thinned. Upward curve from pre peyronies natural left curve.  2 inch loss of length. 8 in to 6 inches. Nightmare.

My heart had a nasty reaction to the pentox. I could try arginine again, but heard it's tough on people with blood pressure issues. Cialis I haven't gotten around to getting a prescription for yet. Stretching or any sort of forced manipulation seems to cause further pain and injury. I'm actually sure that the pain i'm getting near the pubic bone now originally came from brushing against the VED. I only used it once, for maybe a 4th of a session, with very very little pumping since I already knew how susceptible I was to further injury. My stretching device and VED are now both very expensive shelf ornaments. Maybe I'll get a chance to use them when, if, things start to settle down again.

STU (Short-Term Update, so I don't spam the forum with posts) Oct 8: Took a second glance and progression on the bottom left side on the final 3rd of the shaft is a lot worse than I thought... relatively, at least. Seems this disease is focused almost exclusively on the left side, which is kinda weird, unless I'm really only injuring that side. it's kinda funny that I never noticed how things were progressing though. It's just so girthy. Wonder just how much I could lose before I actually begin to get issues with buckling and poor erection quality... Been getting a lot more tightness (no pain though during erection though) than usual lately in that area, and I probably just reinjured flexing an erection too many times during my exercises. I dealt with a lot of pain after, which started a few hours later but mostly stopped after a day. I'll start double-dosing H-100 on that isolated spot, and cut back on other areas that have been doing well. See if that works to slow things down. it's just that area under the urethra... pain in the ass.

Inflammation and pain near the pubic bone has gone down quite a lot, in spite of me taking a car ride out to a doc's appointment the same day. Maybe it has to do with stopping the metoprolol, or starting the PABA. Maybe both. Maybe not. They're both pretty small doses.

STU Oct 10: After nailing a couple good nocturnal erections and watching a ridiculous amount of porn, tightness has gone down a fair bit already.

STU Oct 20: I think the WoundVite has had a great impact on the pain near the top, almost completely eliminating it while I'm dosed. It does come back though, often during car rides, but it's manageable and doesn't stick around after I'm out. The pain on the bottom seems to have resolved on its own quite a bit, but after a recent reinjury there due to over-flexing an erection it resolved much faster than anticipated - only a couple days. I've cut back on use of H-100 to once a day or every couple days. There is some improvement in tightness, but erection quality may actually have dropped, though this is possibly related to prostate irritation or low sex drive. I feel like I've experienced a bit of shortening, but judging by measurements it may not actually be much or any at all.

STU Oct 22: I've tested the waters fapping a few times since I got my toy, being extra extra careful and gradually shifting stimulation from prostate to pointy bits. Finally got a proper gentle tug in today, and It's been a few hours since. Pretty much zero pain, though there may be some very, very mild soreness around urethra. I'm going to take a break for a few days and try again. I can't afford to make the same mistake I did last time.

A couple weeks ago, a fresh injury worsened one of my dents, but progression quickly came and stopped. Had a fap for 3 days in a row now. The pain is resolved by the next day, but each time there was less and less. This time there was practically none. Only problem area was around urethra, and still very slightly. Injury or irritation I was able to cause by flexing too hard seem unachievable now. I've been sleeping on my side without causing irritation between my legs, and on my back without irritating the pubic area. I'm gonna go clean for a couple weeks, and hopefully that will be enough time to be ready for a hookup. I was able to wear proper pants a couple days ago with trivial soreness. A week before, I attempted and was in extreme pain the entire time. Considering i've been wearing almost nothing but pajamas for months now, this is great news. I've been off the woundvite and the H-100, and have only been taking antibiotics. i doubt it has anything to do with it, as this progression is almost in line with previous predictions of how the course of the disease might improve for me. I said a couple months, and that seems to be how this might play out if I'm lucky. My body seems to be really trying right now, and I'm gonna do my best not to get in its way for the time being.

Hi, any updates? I didn't understand how car rides are bad for Peyronies Disease?
