Very confused

Been dealing with peyronies issues for at least 5 yrs.53 yrsold. Seen 2 urologists one giving me oral medication that didn't work. The next one said it wasn't that bad and gave a brochure. Neither taking time to listen much.my problem is I'm this far in ant the pain is worse now than ever. Flaccid and erect. The new thing is night time erections that wake me 3-4 times a night and just tight and burning. Having these so often has led to abdominal pain and leg pain. The lump is right were the head meets the shaft. Its physical pain when touched and aching pain when not. Any input on why this is happening? Barely have a bend maybe 10-20 degrees but have lost length. Almost feels like the whole shaft may be calcified. Thanks for any input as I'm going crazy
