Yes, if you use it daily for weeks, months you can gain size. Takes a lot of time and dedication.
It possibly also stretch over time harder tissue.
Phallosan is applied to the glans so be sure that you possibly can attach it and you don't have the chordee right at your glans(?)

The predominant thinking is that traction can only replace lost length or girth, not grow beyond ones normal size.  Although, there is one study that showed some gained a quarter of inch from their normal size.
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

Yes, it's advertising and marketing promoting it for penis extension...

I believe and hope for not only my sake, but for everybody in need,
that traction and VED gets the majority of us to where we want to be... sometimes it feel like it's the only hope to remodel your scar into almost what it used to be. I pray to God everyday that I will be okay one day. I barely care how long it takes, just as long as I get there...
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Tony, stop it, trying to discourage people by essentially pushing lies! It's not the predominant thinking!
You can obviously stretch every collagenous soft tissue beyond it's normal size.

EVERY collagenous tissue, like tendons or the different soft tissues inside the penis has an elastic and plastic deformation range. ESTABLISHED SCIENCE!

Depending on the tissue these elastic and plastic ranges ("creep") can be reached by time*load.
Plastic deformation means lasting elongation.

You're trying to disprove the individual successes of members or their logical thoughts by acting like your opinion is somehow the established truth, all over the board.

There are thousands of studies on stress-relaxation and Plastic deformation of collagen and soft tissue structures around.
Ligaments, tendons, veins, arteries, smooth muscles, even bones... Plastic deformation - stress strain curve collagen, micro-failures, investigate it before you make dozens of untrue statements actively discouraging people from solving their Peyronies Disease.

Here's a start.

Oh my, relax man!  Please link to even one person on this forum that reports lessening their cogenital curve w traction or even one medical research.

Here's a nice summary:

TREATMENT:
Treatment is surgical. To date no non-surgical treatment including oral medications, injections or topical therapy have been used to correct congenital curvature/chordee. External penile traction therapy has been used successfully with some success for Peyronie's disease to correct not only curvature, but may recover some lost length and improve indentation. This has not been tested yet in the congenital curvature/chordee population and it would seem intuitive that this technique would likely not work, as the tissues are not restricted by scar upon which the traction forces would be working as in the Peyronie's patient.

Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

No, Tony, you're ignorant towards others with your opinions selling them as truth, preventing people from dealing with their conditions beyond anything that might've worked with your condition.

IT'S A FACT that you can plasticaly deform collagenous soft tissue! What is in a penis? Collagenous soft tissue.

Your "Treatment" text is merely opinion void of logic ignoring established facts about how tissue works.
Quoteit would seem intuitive that this technique would likely not work,
Intuitive?

With you spamming every thread that is on anything else than surgical methods I wouldn't be surprised to find no one thanks to you.

Whatever. Everyone should make up their own mind.

we have a debate here :D i like it :D

I have congenital ventral curvature + chordee.

I know that phallosan cant fix my curvature (the only option is surgery). I am asking about lenght gain.

It is possible to gain some extra lenght using phallosan ? I think so.

Hi melting, no I dont work there...just googled but it's a good point that site could be biased.  I'd actually love to here someone, anyone, with a cogenital curve improved it w traction.  Maybe someone here will give it a try.

Djord, lost length can be regained (differing degrees) by traction for many.
