Hi! How should I apply manual traction in order to correct my downward hinge? I mean in which directions and should I just tract to straighten my penis out or should I even stretch and bent in the opposite (in this case upwards) bent?

Thank you all in advance!

Question #1, and then everyone can chime in, would be, do you have peyronie's or is it congenital curvature? Have you seen a specialist and had an ultrasound?

It's a congenital curvature. Until recently (about one month or so) and as long as I remember myself it was (downward) banana-shaped. But lately I noticed that the curve has become hinge-like. If I am fully erect it is much better and I am OK with, but if the erection is not full the hinge is obvious and it freaks me out a little bit, my penis seems segmented, like there is an area under the hinge point which needs to be filled in. I haven't seen a specialist.

I have the same problem but it's on the top side. Everything was fine aside from the curve until the plaque hardened. Now it's like a hinge no matter what. I stopped going to the specialists because I don't have insurance and now I really regret it. I went back once since and they said the only option was surgery at this point. If I were you I'd get to a specialist asap.

If it's changed, ie. Now hinged, but not previously you may have peyronies on top of a cogenital curve.

You apply a fulcrum stretching against the curve.
So if your curve goes downward: You stretch with one hand outwards and then apply the second hand/finger in the middle of the curve ATOP and stretch upwards.
That should be done at some point with any peyronies curvature.
