Left side, base...need suggestion.

Hi!

A quick question. I have noticed strange vein like things along the left side...base....Haven't given it a thought earlier. Feels like veins. Not the same on the right side only left side. Hmmm...

I think I do too, is it hard?
24M, following injury in 2019 have 35 degree lateral curvature, pain, mild to moderate erectile dysfunction, hard flaccid.

No it's quite soft. Feels like some veins but it's near an indentation near the base.
