Hi guys,

I'm a 18 years old French student who may have suffered from an untreated penile fracture two months ago...
It all started when I tried f****** Jelqing at the beginning of July... I had no hematoma, no pain, no detumescence, bruising but maybe a weird sensation, I can't really remember.
The next day when I woke up, my penis felt lifeless and had a strange shape (thin and stretched). I masturbated to see if everything was okay and I didn't noticed anything weird. But then I started to have hard flaccid, hourglassing when semi erect and all the symptoms typical of hard flaccid. Pain in the shaft, veins visible, no morning wood, difficult to get and maintain an erection without stimulation. When I'm not stressed, this hard flaccid is decreased, I have no pain, and I can have an erection more easily (but not like before) . Firstly I thought that it was only a cpps problem, but what worry me are the lumps that I developped (I think there are 4, 2 visible even when flaccid but 1 is really more noticeable than the others) and look really similar to the ribs that are discussed on Penis Enlargement forums. I have a very noticeable curve on the opposite site of the biggest lump (this curve is very visible when hard flaccid and decreases when my penis is less "contracted" ) and that's why I believe I fractured my shaft. I also have a sort of twist to the same side of the curve but I don't know if it was like that before. When I'm erect, the curve is a bit visible but worst during detumescence.
An other weird symptom is that my shaft shivers like a heart when I'm erect (nerve damage?).
I stupidly continue masturbating for several weeks after the incident and only took 4 weeks of rest 1 month after.
I had an ultrasound made 1 week after the incident which showed nothing wrong according to the Radiologist. I went to the emergency but they only did "palpation" tests and no additional exams. I saw a urologist who made me an MRI 3 weeks after the incident and he also said that everything was fine so I'm forced to self diagnosed. I don't know if the contraction of hard flaccid or the time that passed between the incident and the exams can explain why (If it is one) fracture has been misdiagnosed?
I don't know if I should try stretching to see if it can only be cpps but I fear that it's a more serious issue due to the curvature and the lumps that are not typical symptoms of cpps..
I'm glad having found this forum, it is truly amazing and a great help for every Peyronie's sufferer..

Thank you in advance!

Trust me, if you had a fracture you'd know immediately
47 yrs old, 3 yrs diagnosed
Xiaflex w/original uro resulted in a fracture
Excision/grafting by Dr Faysal Yafi 3/26/19
Implanted by Dr Yafi 8/11/20, Titan 20cm + 1cm RTE

Thank you very much for your answer TDix
I took some pictures if someone can tell me if it sounds like a fracture. We can see the "ring" in all states (flaccid, semi erect, erect) and the curve seems opposed to this ring. I always had a left curvature due to masturbation but now it is increased. https://imgur.com/a/SjyVOq8

You probably have irritation not a fracture.  If you fractured you'd be in the ER like I was.  I'd lay off any stimulation for a few weeks and see how it is then

Hello qiyato. Yes, a fracture can be misdiagnosed, but it probably means you had a mild one. Let me tell you my misdiagnosed penile fracture.

Incident: 4 months ago. Girl on top. Cracking sound. No hematoma, sharp pain lasted for 10 seconds.

1 week: pain in flaccid state, hard flaccid syndrome, erecrtions looked okay but felt pain during ejeculations.( I also stupidly masturbated in the first 4 weeks, even had vigorous sex in pain, because I'm an idiot with a penis) Saw a uro, said I was OK.

1 month: noticed increased curvature, erections seemed fine, saw another uro, said I was OK.

40 days: Third uro noticed fracture, wait and see process began with nofap.

3 months: obvious curvature. At least 25-30 degrees, whole penis started leaning left side. No morning erections for a while, also had ED due to anxiety. (I know that because my heart was beating like crazy everytime I try to get an erection)

4 months: uro told me fracture is healed. Fibrosis development, curve seems to be stabilized at 30 degrees. Uncomfortable feeling during ejeculation ( nofap ended after 50 days)

Here is my comment, you may have a fracture, your ED may be because of the anxiety and the urge to see a healthy erection. Start nofap, let whatever damage happened to your penis heal itself. Its too late for anything other than waiting. If possible, get a diagnosis. If you had a fracture I believe its safe to assume it was a mild one like mine. You may want to start taking medications that prevent fibrosis. Do not manupulate your penis in order to feel the scar, to see if it is getting erect etc. Most importantly accept what happened but  know that it will improve over time. I was losing my crap a couple of months back. Hell, even two weeks ago. But you'll eventually reach to a point where you can see what's the real damage. I recommend a trustworthy urologist's regular control. So that you won't get any surprises and arrange your expectations appropriately. Pm me any time, I'm dedicated to share this  psychological burden.
25 year old with penile fracture. Fracture happened on May 30. No surgery, only conservative treatment. Uro thinks it was not a big one. No ED, no peyronies so far. Doctor says Peyronies Disease is possible. Constant penile pain, turtling, hard flaccid.

Thank you Nocekgari, your message is really encouraging.
I've already read your story since I've been on the forum every day for 2 months  :)
I will rest my penis and try to see a Peyronie's specialist then but there is just one in France I believe..
I hope you'll be fine too!

Nocekgari, does lumps under the foreskin disappear with time if you let your penis heal? I don't have pain or anything, just the 3 lumps I have that's bothering me. I injured myself 2 weeks ago, aggressive masturbating, doctors so far say I'm fine. Just worried about these lumps and the fact that they are thinning out my dick since blood don't have an easy way of getting to those areas. Really need advice, thank you
30 degree dorsal curve, immobility and heavy loss of girth.
My body seems to get very inflamed when I masturbate too often or eat unhealthy.
Using antioxidants, Pentox and hirudoid cream, as well as manual traction, heat and Cialis.

Given a normal MRI and the Photos, you likely have nothing more than a cogenital curve.  Most importantly, stop jelking if you haven't.  You could always start traction if you feel there's any chance of early peyronies...
PxD 2 yrs 9/16.  Failed all treatment. 9/11/18: excision, grafting & implant Dr Karpman MtnView Ca, AMS CX 18cm + 3-1cm RTEs.
Pump failed.  2/11/20 Dr Karpman installed Titan 22cm +1cm RTE.

I would admit it to be a congenital curve if there wasn't that big lump that seems to make my penis curving to the left.
Yes I stopped Jelqing since the day of the injury and I will NEVER do it again...
