I have a few urgent questions about Cialis + buckling

I have a bit of a problem with public erections already, and I assume these are causing damage(buckling maybe?) to me as my injury is at the very bottom on the left of my penis. Am I right to assume this is dangerous?

I'm looking into getting a pde5 inhibitor as I struggle to get fully hard and when I do I lose some hardness easily without constant stimulation. If I took Cialis before bed, would this cause more frequent public erections? Is Viagra a better solution for me or would Cialis still be best?

Any help is appreciated

Erections are healthy fit the penis and should not cause problems.  What do you mean by public?  You'll have to try and see which works better for you, and if the same which is most affordable-cialis it viagra.
since I'm abstaining from masturbating more, I get more erections while wearing jeans in public. I fear that this is causing damage as the jeans are restraining my erections.

Try to get a Cialis daily prescription if possible.
