Bumps under swelling after xiaflex/modeling?

Hey guys.  As the swelling from the xiaflex and modeling goes down, small little bumps are present underneath the swelling.  Anyone else have a simliar experience?  Still swollen btw

I had this too after my first shot. More like one big bump that remained after most of the swelling went down. A week later, it's still sore to the touch.

It's under the skin and not so visible unless palpitated. Hoping it clears up soon...  Peypey21, did you have any progress with these bumps resolving?

Early 40's. Completed 4 rounds (8 shots) of Xiaflex in early 2020. Using low-dose Cialis and Citrulline to maintain decent results.
